設備太殘舊影響舒適感

登記入住十分混亂，客軜當貨軜用，房間設備極陳舊，望出窗外、對正行車天橋、汽車經過時好像會撞向自已、晚上會聽到汽車噪音、床太硬、走廊當工場、包貨至晚上11時。

房間殘舊同衛生差

酒店地毯污垢，廁所極細，水制失靈，衣櫃門壞了，要出聲先會有人整！！！

飯店對面即為珠江 欣賞夜景 極為便利 飯店本身就像是棟古蹟 有種懷舊的氛圍 飯店旁有餐廳 小吃店 便利商店及各式店家 廣州文化公園也在附近 離地鐵站 步行約十五分內 算是相當方便

This place was horrible. It is a very old building and quite run down which I usually don't mind but this place actually stunk like a sewer. The lobby even smelled worse the closer you got to the counter. We arrived early in the afternoon and the smell hit us as soon as we walked in. It was old and run down but the smell was more like fecies or a sewer and we could barely stand it. I stayed with the bags holding my nose whilst my 2 travel partners went with the staff to check the rooms. They came back down after not long and said the rooms were awful so we politely decided to leave. We jumped back on wotif.com and found a way better place for not much more a few kilometers away so we jumped on the app, cancelled the reservation and left. Later I found out that the staff at the stinky hotel reported us as a no show so they could deny our cancelation and we had to pay for hotel in full. I'm still fighting to get my refund but they are lying and stating that we never even showed up so to avoid a similar situation I would steer clear of this wreck of a hotel all together. Im not that fussy and we were only looking for somewhere to sleep so I am happy to accept something that's not fancy but this place was discusting.

Good,but reception lady

There was no power for a day and it was so hot didnt sleep. I had to climb 7 floors down creepy stairs and it was harder to climb up. The condition of the walls and curtains can improve a lot

The carpet in our room was a bit dirty, though the beds and bathroom were clean. It is in an excellent location close to 2 metro stops and streets upon streets of excellent dining options.

Good location

When I arrived to hotel I was informed there is no room for me, even I payed in advance. Service was terrible, they put me in another awful hotel. Imagine when you come to China and you want to rest, no no it was terrible, never take this hotel, sorry but I will never reccomend anybody HOTELS.com service, will never book again by hotel.com

Inside the room got small cockroach and inform front counter and they just given answer recently raining frequently and ask to settle it and they just given me the ridsect spray.

Good place for traveler

A heritage building, close to everywhere, you pay what you get ...There is no central heating, I visited during a cold wave. I couldnt even get an extra blanket on the 1st night, 2nd night, I cant tolerate this cold anymore.. eventually the staff did bring me one.. This hotel is in some sort of heritage old building.. things are felling apart.. the fridge did not work, the shampoo dispenser didnt work... the staff did try to keep everything together and helpful.. i think if you dont mind the condition, it's near everything and plenty of food options..

The stay was very below-average for the price. Not at all happy with the service. The website mentions that they speak english but not one of the staff member knows any bit of english. They are not co-operative at all and the prices are truly unjustified.

Rats ,Cockroaches ,worst run down hotel in China. My stay was a epic mess,the room i got on the 6th floor was a run down smoking room .The carpet and stains that looked like feces .The bed gave me bed mites on the first day and left my legs bitten .The shower had no door and when i showered I had a cockroache always taken a look from a vent .The sheets weren't changed till 3rd day .The staff at desk were usless and had no care about my situation .Expedia was a joke and they told me to push harder with the hotel ...I did and the hotel told me if i didn't like it leave .The hotel was suppose to be 1.5miles from canton fair ,try 1.5 hrs on a bus from there .The carpet in the hall ways were held together by tape ,on the first three floors they have people who run small business from there rooms so the elevators were always full with boxes and people picking confiet items up.

Problems started with checking in. Not given the room we booked, when showed the photo of what we booked and paid for, they said it’s a different room.
