The kind service of the staff. We had a small glitch with the hot water, but we were immediately switched to a new room. Things happen. The important thing is how they are dealt. The staff were quick and attentive to solve the problem
The breakfast is delicious, varied and very generous. The shuttle to the airport is very punctual.

Location is perfect to be close to airport, nice clean rooms. Front desk employees are super rude, not even a “good evening” I rated the hotel 5 stars because the hotel is good, but definitely not the staff.
I used Silverio, one of the taxi drivers and he was good and fair with prices, but then I use one of the taxi/vans today and he charged me a lot of money just to take me to the airport (completely ripped off)
As a Colombian living outside the country is sad and frustrating to see the bad attitude of employees. They should get trai better

Good size room, clean and quite modern. The King size bed was extremely comfortable. The closeness to Bogota's El Dorado Airport was the reason for booking this hotel and am very pleased with it.
The check-in staff were very welcoming and check-out very quick.
A substantial breakfast buffet was included too - all in all an excellent good value for money hotel.

Even that we only pay 200.000 for dinner the food was cold and server just standing there having a argument with the manager in front of all customers forgetting about guests needs, I can have a better food and service and a regular restaurant for 30,000,

La habitaciones perfectas, el desayuno muy bueno y abundante,pero la parte negativa, fue por un lado el chek in, solo 2 personas para atender y prácticamente 1 hora para chequearse y luego hize un reclamo por q el baño estaba malo varias veces y a varias personas y nunca lo solucionaron.

No hot water. After a long trip, all I wanted was a hot shower. The room was nice but showering with cold water at 11:00 pm after an 11-hour trip is horrible.
