El desayuno excelente, el staff de primera el viaje en familia con mis padres excelente. Si voy a Colombia regreso al hotel.

Estaba una parte del hotel en construcción y no debería haber huéspedes en esa área. Había mucho ruido y polvo. El jueves estuvieron lavando a presión en el día y no pude concentrarme en mi trabajo.

Great place to stay!

Arrived at Bogota at 11am, Took their shuttle to the hotel (they tried to charge extra because it was 3 of us / The room that was booked was for 3 individuals), once we arrived to the hotel they stated that we had to pay extra for a third person even though their rooms on the Expedia site say they sleep 3 per room. After going back and forth with the receptionist we ended up having to pay an extra $35 for the 3rd person which should not have been the case as again their room with two beds is anounced as an "Sleeps 3" type of room. Regardless, all this was settled by 12:15pm, we payed and the hotel says on Expedia that check in time is 12pm.... we did not get a room until 3:48pm. Two major flaws that need to be handled on their Expedia ad: 1) Rooms sleep 2, not 3. If it's more that 2 then there's an additional fee per person 2) Check in time is not 12pm, its 4pm Had we known these two issues, mostly the check in time then we would've elected another hotel. This killed our one day layover in Bogota where we could've known the city a bit better. By far my worst hotel stay ever and I've been using Expedia for over a decade now for all my trips. I do not recommend this hotel based on the rudeness of explanations from the receiptionist and their deceiving business practices, from the "shuttle" to the addtional fees.

This is our 3rd time staying here. We stay here before we have to take our early flight. The hotel is very nice, clean, comfortable, safe and very close to the airport. Love the shuttle service.

There is no rest at all, a racket at all hours, people cleaning with a lot of noise at 4:00 am.

Bathroom dirty is a upscale motel the only good thing is how close is to the airport and the free shuttle. staff unfriendly and rude.

It is the perfect location for the perfect price.We had to lay over overnight from Lima to Bogata, and it was the perfect stay.They had a free shuttle service and also breakfast was included.It was awesome great job

Easy transport to BOG, convenient location. Basic rooms - good for one night

First time in colombia! Overall, this hotel offers 24/7 transportation to and from the airport! 5 min away distance from the airport is a plus when catching your next flight. Breakfast buffet is included with your stay! My wife and I stayed at their "Prime" building. Room was beautiful! Very spacious and very romantic as well. The staff is very helpful with any questions you might have.

Great experience from start to finish! The staff was friendly, helpful, and made everything easy. You can tell they take pride in their customer service and treat people well. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay, and the breakfast was very good.

Love that they have transportation every 30 mins and free breakfast! It makes it so much easier and less stressful!
