Dure en una llamada a recepción en la mañana 25 minutos , la TV se frisa cada rato el aire acondicionado le falta mantenimiento se siento que circula polvo

Lo mejor que tiene es el precio y la ubicación, pero la propiedad no está en óptimas condiciones, de 3 asesores 2 no funcionan, los implementas de aseo de mala calidad y los tanques de la ducha sin recargar.

Café excelente com bastante variedade e pratos tipicos. Boa localização. Padrão Ibis. Tivemos problema com limpeza do quarto - 02 dias sem limpeza.

Realmente esperaba algo mejor

The hotel is not bad, in a great downtown location next to the National Museum and close to other attractions. It took about 20+ min to check in because the elevator key cards weren't working and they sent me and several guests to their rooms with the disfunctional key cards. The hallway lights in front of our room was not working letting us go into a dark hallway, and the cover from the main light switch in the room was not working, with the main light switch beside the bed which if it is not on, nothing in the room turns on - which no one told us, but the desk person came up to show us. The room was fine, clean, definitely worth the price, the internet was shotty at best, but the hotel was not bad overall. Good, but overpriced restaurant food, but several other options nearby.

Breakfast was fine — I mainly had coffee and fruit, but there were many other options. High point was cleanliness of the room and bathroom, the comfort of the sheets, pillows, mattress, and the location — convenient for all the thongs I was in Bogotá to do. Friendly staff, if a bit desultory around the bar. But beer and Futbol were a good way to wind down at the end of the day.

Gente! Foi simplesmente o Melhor ÍBIS que já fiquei na minha vida! Fica localizado no centro político da cidade e perto do museu del Oro. Localização muito boa para quem quer ir a pé (1,5km mais ou menos) da plaza Bolivar, ou Uber (preferimos Uber). O hotel é lindo, nas sextas a noite tem música com DJ. O bar do hotel serve drinks especiais. O design do bar na parte de fora é lindo! O café da manhã maravilhoso! Ah! E ainda vende bolsas Wayuu! As mais lindas que vimos e levamos duas! Foi uma excelente experiência!

Really good place to stay clean and close to everything airport food everything i will stay here again 😌

We had to book a last minute stay and luckily Ibis Bogotá had a room open. The staff were so nice and helpful; they assisted with setting up transportation for us to the airport. Great experience.

Relato sucinto: Minha experiência no Ibis Museo Bogotá foi, em geral, positiva. O quarto é adequado e confortável, embora a ausência de frigobar possa impactar a conveniência. O café da manhã se destacou pela boa variedade e qualidade dos alimentos. No entanto, houve uma situação desagradável no check-in: apesar de já ter pago a hospedagem antecipadamente pelo aplicativo, fui informado na recepção de que deveria realizar o pagamento novamente. Após eu questionar, a atendente não realizou qualquer verificação e apenas entregou a chave do quarto, o que sugere falta de controle no processo. Essa falha na gestão pode gerar confusão e insegurança para os hóspedes.

Al personal vespertino le hace falta mucho pero muchos cursos de hospitalidad y si no les gusta su trabajo que busque otro es nefasto , en mi primera estancia en Marzo 2026 todo genial pero ahorita en Abril 2026 fatal como agente de viajes a mis clientes en esta ocasión no recomendaré este hotel

部屋は清潔で大変綺麗でした。部屋から見えるボゴタの街の眺めも良く、良い部屋に宿泊できたと実感しています。 お湯の出る速さ排水のスムーズさなど水回りも問題無く、設備に関して気になる点はありません。 唯一気になったのは、ランドリーの依頼がホテルフロントへの持ち込みだった点です。部屋に専用の袋を置いて、その中に洗濯物と依頼書を入れておけば、後日部屋に届けられているタイプしか知らなかったので、洗濯物をフロントに持っていく時は気恥ずかしかったです。ランドリーサービスを今後も継続されるのなら、検討頂けると幸いです。

Are there any breakfast there didn’t catch my attention I went down the street. The room was really clean nice view from my room. The view to the museum was really nice a little noisy at night but besides that it’s a good place specially if we use your points, you would definitely get a good deal like I did. I couldn’t believe how cheap it was with MyPoints. It was almost free.😜👌

I've been a frequent guest of the Ibis Bogotá Museo since 2014. During my most recent stay, I paid the early check-in fee (100000 COP) because I wanted to properly store my luggage and valuables in my room and leave for several meetings scheduled for the afternoon. Upon accessing my room, I put some of my valuables in the in-room safe. This type of safe has been used by the hotel ever since they opened. Nevertheless, the safe malfunctioned and could not be unlocked. It took me 2 calls, 2 in-person requests, and more than 2 hours to have the safe opened by staff, despite Ibis' advertised 15-min satisfaction guarantee. As expected, I couldn't make it to the meetings I had scheduled for the afternoon and wasted the money I paid for the 'early' check-in. Front desk staff gave all kinds of excuses, including having no maintenance staff on weekends at all (which means I was lied to during my first 2 calls), the hotel not having the 'tool' to unlock a malfunctioning safe (negligent security), and staff not having access to training videos on how to deal with this issue (inappropriate staff training). I was given the name of a manager, Mrs. Zuluaga, but was told that she was not on site. I explicitly requested that she'd contact me proactively, which never happened. The next day I asked twice to speak with her before checking out but I was denied. Don't expect any 'satisfaction guarantee' to ever be honored. It's all lies and deceptive advertising.

Solo ponen dos toallas, no hay otras más pequeñas como en otros Hotels, hay lugares muy ricos para comer, los espacios los pequeños en la habitación

The restaurant Q Ceviche has slow service and the Hawaiian pizza I ordered was the worse pizza I’ve tasted. We couldn’t eat it. They used can pineapple and the pizza had too much pineapple juice, the pizza dough in the center wasn’t cooked enough and the pizza soaked in pineapple juice. The afternoon front staff wasn’t very helpful. I don’t think I will ever stay at this Ibis hotel again.
