I booked a premium ocean view room for 2 nights with a balcony. On the first night of the day, a concert started around 5 pm just outside my window at a venue. It was so loud that it sounded like it was in my room ans lasted until 1 am . The next morning, the music started again at 9 AM. And again lasted hntil adter 1 am. There is construction going on right in front of the hotel and the bulldozer started digging it at 8 AM. It was very loud. There were quite a few people complaining, at the front desk and asking to be moved to different rooms. and I mentioned to them that they should let people know about these issues on their different booking websites. It was not included on the Expedia website and the person working at the desk said that it was they initially offered me a $50 credit to be used around the resort for my inconvenience, but I didn’t feel that for a room that I paid $1500 per night, that was a very fair offer. It is also somewhat misleading because the property has a beach club, but if you want to sit in the Beach club chairs witb nice cushions and listen to the music, these chairs are $100 for two. The other chairs, which are to the left of the beach club, are much more basic with jo cushions and you can not hesr the music. Also the area was very dirty with pizza boxes and dirty tables, etc. but those chairs were complimentary for hotel guests .

Nydelig frokost. Fint basseng, litt kaldt og mye vind bare. Litt kjipt at hotellet «reklamerer» for beach cluben som sitt eget område - hvertfall lett å tenke det ut i fra bilder. Men nydelig strand og område ved siden av! Rent og fint hotell,

This was a great location to get to old town using their free shuttle service they offer guests and it was steps down to the great beaches. This is a great hotel and recommend it to families with children as we had 3 children under 10 and they loved it all. The free breakfast was exceptional and took advantage of it every morning. We loved the pool and took advantage of a massage at their spa. Martina was an amazing Masseuse! I would go again and stay here! Only downside to it is there is another hotel being constructed right in front of it that will eventually take away from the view and there was construction during the day all day. We were not in the hotel during the day so it didn't affect us much. Just waking up to it and hearing it when we got back wasn't the best to experience.

Underbar personal rakt igenom. Vår incheckning blev 1 h försenad och vi blev direkt kompenserade med en middag och drinkar. Poolen perfekt och nära till stranden. Livsmedelsbutik runt hörnet. Dyrt vid tex poolbaren men det är också allmänna känslan i Kroatien.

Excellent location and staf

We had a beautiful stay - an exceptional hotel with beautiful facilities! Bed was big and exceptionally comfortable! Breakfast was fantastic and a delight everyday! The premium beach sunbeds cost more, but worth it. Only improvements I’d suggest - A better welcome and introduction on check in - the person who checked us in was extremely flat. Check out wasn’t much better to be honest. More sunbeds at the pool would be good, or even some deck chairs or something. Shower drains can smell a little.

Alles prima in orde. Grote zwembaden en fijne spa. Alleen gaan we voortaan voor adults only. Uurtje lopen via strandjes naar centrum Split.

Amenities are wonderful and location is great! Rooms are out dated.

Rooms were dated and layout was poor. Sockets were difficult to access. Kettle was in a cupboard. No milk! Had to ask for tea bags constantly. Towels not replaced. Balcony covered in bird poo. Hotel was so expensive. There is profit and then there is extortionate pricing. Soap in rooms was not refilled and staff were indifferent when asked about problems! Would not recommend! Room cards repeatedly did not work. Terrible smell in room from waste pipe took 3 days to resolve. Basically would not recommend.

First of all Split itself is a really ugly city. We came from Dubrovnik, which is beautiful so this was a total disappointment. I would not return. The hotel is fine, the rooms some of the ugliest decoration I've ever seen. Purple or green wallpaper on the sides of the room and the ceiling. Glass bathroom so no privacy if you are staying with someone. I thought the staff was aloof and unaccommodating. We had one moment when we were talking to a front desk person, his phone pinged with a text, he didn't answer, looked at his phone and walked off. I've never experienced that kind of rudeness. I guess I would not recommend this hotel at all or visiting this destination.

Nice hotel overall, clean and a great selection for breakfast. Free shuttle bus to Split city at certain times.Couldn’t get sun bed at the hotel beach area - many people using beds who weren’t guests. Staff only seemed interested when you are spending money. Limited beds by the pool. Main issue was building work going on next to hotel 12 hours a day which they didn’t tell us about, this disrupted our sleep and noise in the day.

Wonderful views and beach club! Really great breakfast included in room rate. We enjoyed staying here rather in the city center as we wanted to enjoy the beach and pool (it was a very hot week when we were there). It's only a 10-15 minute uber ride to get to the city center. I would recommend for sure!

Fine but i expected a little bit more from the rooms. One of the more pricy hotels in Split. Breakfast 10/10

All you can eat breakfast was very nice Room has a odd set up but was very clean really enjoyed are stay staff were very friendly
