Nice hotel on the outskirts of town, about 40 mins walk to the old town (lovely walk along the coast). Mini bus runs a few times a day, and an Uber is about 7 euros.
Not a lot around in the close vicinity of the hotel atm, but there's a lot of work going on along the beach which will be finished soon with bars, shops, shaded areas, volleyball courts etc which will be a big improvement.
Hotel itself is nice. Rooms are clean, staff are friendly, views depending on the room can be lovely, however some aren't great.
Outdoor Pool area is clean, but pretty functional, there's no holiday atmosphere there which is a bit of a shame. However bar is good, and staff are again, friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is great, but plates are tiny which is really frustrating. Sure there's a financial/ waste cutting explanation but trying to fit anything into a saucer size plate gets very tiresome.
Sunbeds on the beach next to the club are available if you're early enough. Water is amazing, as it along the whole coast, as are the beautiful views. However, a beer from the bar is 11 Euros a pop!! Hopefully again, the new facilities opening down the road will alleviate this (sunbeds for non hotel users are 35 euro per person!! Even if it's mid afternoon).
The naff house music blasting from the beach club can also be a real turn off.
Over all decent, but it's very expensive, and probably overpriced. Hopefully with all the building work going on competition will level this out over time.

On the plus side the distance to Split town is near enough and provided by a shuttle bus both ways.
Breakfasts were good standard and tasty.
However, very loud music on the beach on the first day, hard to think straight it was so loud, wanted to leave.
First room designed for wheelchair use lacked any proper comfort with water going everywhere after a shower
Lots of overgrown weeds and a drain hole on the ground floor patio which had no view.
We paid for an upgrade to get a better room off the ground floor and with a fridge which was missing from the first room along with a dodgy kettle.
Staff in the bar seemed to be in training, our order didn’t arrive so we gave up after an hour and left hungry.
No one informed us of the QR code request system at all which should have been done at check-in.
Never really felt like 5 star treatment unfortunately. Such a shame.

Hotel was clean and styled well in common areas. Rooms were dated and bathrooms need some deep cleaning. Both rooms- premium with city view and premium with sea view were nice and enjoyable. Service in bar and buffet lacked timeliness. Most enjoyable part of our stay was the Beach Club Mistral. You can tell a lot of thought and energy was put into making that an enjoyable experience for Radisson customers and patrons outside the hotel.

Let me preface by saying that the staff members in this hotel were awesome and did everything they could to fix the problems that we faced. But sometimes, lipstick on the pig cannot change the fact that it is a pig. The hotel's view is obstructed by an eyesore

The place is not as described on the website. The staff were wonderful and friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was also very good. But the location is not what is described. It is not beachfront. It’s 200+ steps to a rocky beach that has blasting music happening from two in the afternoon until 9 o’clock at night And it is an open beach club so many people at the beach line. Also views of this hotel are either a crane and construction or I burned out graffiti ridden empty old car park. There are some wonderful views if you get full beachfront view which we eventually did so we really appreciate the manager helping us get a different room

First impressions matter. After booking this hotel 2 months before arrival, it felt that we were given THAT room which nobody else wanted or would have taken. We complained and were given a different room the next day, no other rooms available in the whole hotel apparently. It didn't stop us living out of a suitcase for £300 a night room though.

This hotel is incredible and exceeded our already high expectations. From the moment we checked in, Michel was welcoming, efficient , and with his colleague Ivan, helped us out throughout the stay with any questions or needs. There were three of us and we had a fantastic sea view and the room size was impressive and a fantastic experience and of high quality. Food great, breakfast incredible, and prices were in line with the rest of split. The mistral beach bar, pool and bar and service from the staff was of a really high standard . Had a decent stay here but the rooms definitely were not 5 star standard. They are outdated and have a weird layout. The hotel itself was nice - breakfast buffet a particular highlight. Don’t think the hotel is worth the price you’re paying for the rooms.

Lovely hotel with fantastic views of the coast. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful during our stay, and each day started with an excellent breakfast. We enjoyed using the outside pool and spa . It was great to use the hotel shuttle bus to get to the centre of Split. Overall a very relaxing and memorable holiday.
