皇家棕榈酒店

我們被安排住在同系酒店 Royal princess hotel, 但事前沒收到通知，故check in 時找了些時間才到 princess 查詢。同系酒店只有一間開放，應是將所有預訂同系酒店的都放在一起。其他幾間都維修中，故周邊環境不佳，有太多建築進行中。酒店本身質素很好，房間大，整潔，早餐食物種類及質素亦合理。停車就放在街邊，5星酒店都不開停車場有些奇怪。酒店離舊城有10多分鐘車程，如有定期穿梭巴士會更佳。但以價格來說，整體上是超值的。

When we arrived we were told we were staying in the Neptune hotel which was the next entrance along, there are a few hotels in the same complex. Everything at the hotel was fabulous. Great breakfast selection and even glasses of fizz. The spa was great, I had a chocolate body scrub and my friends had massages, really reasonably priced and great facilities, indoor pool, sauna, steam room. The rooftop 18+ bar had amazing ocean views, relaxing music, cocktails and good food, I had the salmon poke bowl which was great.

Waren noch in der Vorsaison, es waren somit nicht alle Annehmlichkeiten im Hotel verfügbar. Zimmer war top. Hotel nicht ganz fünf Sterne, aber Qualität insgesamt sehr hoch

Great room and facilities, excellent staff. The staff were all very, friendly, kind and always ready to help. The room and entire property was very clean and well maintained.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic facilities across the complex. Breakfast and evening buffet dinner were excellent quality and good range of options. Rooms were spotless with great facilities including coffee machine and great shower. Wonderful sea view and balcony space. Bus stop just across the road for travel into the Old Town. Parking spots available outside the entrance for rental car. Will definitely return.

We had a sea view suite, which was very spacious and had two bathrooms. The problem was that the hotel had switched off the air conditioning due to being near the end of the season. The weather outside during the day was still 25 degrees though, so the room was too hot and stuffy during the day. Even some nights were unbearably hot!! The hotel staff were fairly rude when telling me that they had now switched over to heating the hotel….We found many of the staff nice, but those few who weren’t ruined the experience!! We won’t be going back there!

Good hotel with good breakfast, dinner buffet should be improved

The hotel has great amenities and a wonderful beachside location. Exceptional pools and great views, spacious rooms. Breakfast was not in my opinion 5 star a very standard Buffett with overcooked hot items, no a la carte option and no table service for drinks. If you are looking for a hotel to relax by the pool in the summer it’s great. If you are looking for pampered 5 star this is not it.

Beautiful view of the ocean, sparkling clean room, amazing breakfast buffet. Dinner buffet was lovely too. Highly recommended!

This hotel had beautiful views of the ocean. Lots of restaurants and awesome beach spaces.

Room was beautiful. The breakfast was very good and we enjoyed. The lobby, pools, and all grounds are very well maintained.

Hotel bastante confortável, equipe muito educada, ótimo café da manha e jantar. Certamente me hospedaria novamente. Indico um quarto de frente para o mar, a vista é simplesmente incrível.

Fantastic place with incredible views, near downtown, great options for food and drinks and kind, helpful staff.

My room at the hotel was lovely and very clean ,although there was no air conditioning, when I asked at hotel about this I was advised there was no AC in the room although it is advertised as having AC, I would not have chosen this hotel if I had known this, we were advised by reception staff to leave the balcony door open which we had to do because of the heat which resulted in myself and husband receiving insect bites. Also we were half board and the food was discusting for a 5 star hotel, we went on a couple of occasions but had to have a salad as the other food was barely warm and inedible. This meant we had to eat out at considerable expense as we found most restaurants very expensive. We would not return to this hotel and would never have gone in the first place if they had not advertised there was no AC in room. We also feel we paid for breakfast and dinner but could not eat there and should be refunded for this. And when we booked we checked first on your site and it was advertised there was AC in the room and there wasn't . False advertising.
