Beautiful hotel with fantastic facilities across the complex. Breakfast and evening buffet dinner were excellent quality and good range of options. Rooms were spotless with great facilities including coffee machine and great shower. Wonderful sea view and balcony space. Bus stop just across the road for travel into the Old Town. Parking spots available outside the entrance for rental car. Will definitely return.

We had a sea view suite, which was very spacious and had two bathrooms. The problem was that the hotel had switched off the air conditioning due to being near the end of the season. The weather outside during the day was still 25 degrees though, so the room was too hot and stuffy during the day. Even some nights were unbearably hot!! The hotel staff were fairly rude when telling me that they had now switched over to heating the hotel….We found many of the staff nice, but those few who weren’t ruined the experience!! We won’t be going back there!

Breakfast was not in my opinion 5 star a very standard Buffett with overcooked hot items, no a la carte option and no table service for drinks. If you are looking for a hotel to relax by the pool in the summer it’s great. If you are looking for pampered 5 star this is not it.

My room at the hotel was lovely and very clean ,although there was no air conditioning, when I asked at hotel about this I was advised there was no AC in the room although it is advertised as having AC, I would not have chosen this hotel if I had known this, we were advised by reception staff to leave the balcony door open which we had to do because of the heat which resulted in myself and husband receiving insect bites. Also we were half board and the food was discusting for a 5 star hotel, we went on a couple of occasions but had to have a salad as the other food was barely warm and inedible. This meant we had to eat out at considerable expense as we found most restaurants very expensive. We would not return to this hotel and would never have gone in the first place if they had not advertised there was no AC in room. We also feel we paid for breakfast and dinner but could not eat there and should be refunded for this. And when we booked we checked first on your site and it was advertised there was AC in the room and there wasn't . False advertising.

The setting was very scenic. The rooms are nicely appointed, soaps, bed comfort, etc. but the duvet was too heavy with no flat sheet. The ac had to be set at extreme low temps to be comfortable using it. For summer months - there should be a lighter duvet cover. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was good but not exceptional - except for the breads which were very delicious.

My room at the hotel was lovely and very clean ,although there was no air conditioning, when I asked at hotel about this I was advised there was no AC in the room although it is advertised as having AC, I would not have chosen this hotel if I had known this, we were advised by reception staff to leave the balcony door open which we had to do because of the heat which resulted in myself and husband receiving insect bites. Also we were half board and the food was discusting for a 5 star hotel, we went on a couple of occasions but had to have a salad as the other food was barely warm and inedible. This meant we had to eat out at considerable expense as we found most restaurants very expensive. We would not return to this hotel and would never have gone in the first place if they had not advertised there was no AC in room. We also feel we paid for breakfast and dinner but could not eat there and should be refunded for this. And when we booked we checked first on your site and it was advertised there was AC in the room and there wasn't . False advertising.

The setting was very scenic. The rooms are nicely appointed, soaps, bed comfort, etc. but the duvet was too heavy with no flat sheet. The ac had to be set at extreme low temps to be comfortable using it. For summer months - there should be a lighter duvet cover. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was good but not exceptional - except for the breads which were very delicious.
