Room was great overlooking the garden and ocean. Balcony too small to sit comfortably and our clothes blew off the drying rail never to be seen again as there is a gap between the wall and balcony screen. A/C did not go under 22 degrees Celsius which meant we were hot at night. Cleaners were excellent, pool towels supplied however l could not use the pool as ladder entry/exit only. They need steps and a railing. Beach access was great however had to pay for umbrellas and sunbed. Shower supplied and foot rinser. Hotel shop very expensive, walk down the street for cheaper clothing, souvenirs and restaurants. Free parking which was great and it felt safe to leave the car and walk around at night. Excellent buffet breakfast. Overall we loved our stay but had i been able to use the pool, it would have been better.

Very terrible ‘sea view’ we booked. Pictures here on hotels looked very different. Also the toilet didn’t look as the picture, we got a small one compared to what was shown.

Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, Ruhe, keine Hektik. Das im Vergleich mit den langjährigen Erfahrungen etwas trübe Wasser in der Bucht (feine Pflanzenreste / Algen) vermittelte - vor allem für erstmalige Gäste - ein falsches Bild, dauerte dieser Zustand doch für uns "nur" eine gute Woche. - Dies war aber für viele prägende eine prägende Erfahrung - schade!

Wir waren für 1 Woche in diesem Hotel und es hat uns rundherum gefallen.
Das Frühstück hatte eine sehr gute Auswahl und es sollte für jeden etwas dabei sein. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und und hilfsbereit. Da wir einen Mietwagen hatten, waren wir flexibel und haben immer außerhalb gegessen.
Die Anlage ist sehr groß und gepflegt, jedeglich die Algen am Anfang im Meer fanden wir nicht so prickelnd, da kann aber das Hotel nichts dafür und es wird hart daran gearbeitet, dass sich die Algen nicht mehr ausbreiten. Wenn man weiter ins Wasser hineingeht, ist es wieder türkis.

This was a nice resort but was very expensive for what it was, and I wouldn't consider it 5* by UK standards. More 3.5*. Walls are paper thin I could hear every movement in the room above me. Room service brought me a coke with no glass or bottle opener. On arrival the concierge took my 4 wheeled suitcase which easily glides along, but left me struggling with carrying 2 heavy bags. All the small things add up to a mediocre experience. The pool are was nice and the quality of food when ordering al la carte was very good. Plenty of vegetarian options.

Emplacement idéal sur la baie de Nissi Beach. Chambre agréable avec un service de ménage remarquable. Serviette de plage/piscine changeable à volonté. Très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel gentil et très serviable. Un cadre idéal pour un séjour détente au bord de l’eau.

Wunderschöne Gegend, wunderschöner Urlaub, kristallklares Meer, Sandstrand, Hotelanlage schön, Lage hervorragend, tolles Frühstück, einmal Abendbuffet mitgemacht, war nicht so unseres… Personal sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
Superiorzimmer: ausreichend Platz, sauber, gute und schöne Einrichtung im Bad, kurze Wege ans Meer.
