Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is near many tourist spots. U could just walk there. No need to take transportation.

Clean convenient

Overall we were comfortable here, and very much enjoyed our time in Copenhagen. The location is very good. The decor is pretty. The staff all very friendly and eager to please. We were very grateful that they got us into our room early on the day of arrival. A few things were a bit irksome, however. 1. An outrageous hourly charge to use the swimming pool. (That not a single person that we saw used the entirety of our 5 day stay…. No wonder.). Maybe this is normal here, but was a surprise to us, and seemed unwelcoming, poor value, and a strange positioning decision. 2. Very disappointing meal at the restaurant. Friendly service, but like you’d expect at a diner not a medium upscale dining experience. For our bistecca we were left to handle our way through a grissly steak with butter knives. We were checked on by the waiter about 25 minutes after being served the meal. Sorry. Not good enough. 3. Mini bar locked. Followed directions to request they unlock it by phone. Didn’t work. Two visits from the staff to remedy. Realizing these little technical difficulties happen, of course, but it was a small irritant and just a thing that shouldn’t have even existed. Why lock it at all?? 4. Lotion bottle in room filled with hand soap. Again, tiny issue, but annoying and required asking for correction. 5. Shower unavoidably leaked profusely into bathroom floor. Bathmat dam sort of worked but resulted in drenched mat with nowhere to really put it afterwards.

Wonderful location for a perfect stay in Copenhagen. Air Conditioned, excellent breakfast and nice bedding.

Flott hotell, men grusomt varmt. Jeg valgte dette pga aircondition. Den virket ikke på rommet og de fikk ikke reparert det. Fikk nytt rom, men like varmt.

This hotel is in a superior location with nice water views. The room was thoughfully designed and nicely appointed. The buffet breakfast has a variety of choices selected to satisfy guesta from any nation

Very stylish hotel right on the waterfront. Ideal for walking all over. Easy for Metro as well But wish room service would run later! Staff charming and helpful. Fabulous breakfast!

Dags fräscha upp badrummen o bättre sängar o sängkläder, kuddar håller inte en nivå som matchar priset på rummen Upplever att enda som hänt på 10/12 år är att priset dubblats , sorry men rums standarden för priset drar ner känslan. Läget är bra, men till vilken gräns står pris/läget

Doesn't look like much from the street side, but from the water side...WOW! Great hotel. Room was lively and comfortable and the hotels proximity to restaurants and things to do and see was perfect. I would absolutely stay here again!!

Hotellet, værelset og placeringen er fremragende. Morgenmaden virkelig god og nydelig. En lille smule kloaklugt på badeværelset, måske pga varme sommertemerature, men ellers smukt og rent. Vi kommer helt sinkert igen

Very beautiful and clean hotel! Sad you had to pay extra for the pool and had to order something to sit outside on the terrace.

Very expensive! Lots of taxes and service charges I wasn’t expecting.

Good Hotel overall, I was upgraded to the loft which I did not like. I don’t like going upstairs. Otherwise good hotel bar nice restaurants on the ocean.

The hotel is great, but do not stay on the first floor, that’s where they keep all of their supplies, which they leave in the hallways. This includes everything for the cleaning staff, which results in them leaving trash from rooms in the hallway, making the whole floor smell of trash. The carts are sometimes stored across from each other in one of the halls you have to pass to get to your room and you will have to squeeze sideways through them to get by. I’m not talking about them storing the carts there temporarily while cleaning a room, I’m referring to them generally being stored on the floor at all times.
