客房無熱水 check in櫃檯free咖啡旁熱水常沒熱水 主要樓梯刷卡入內的門 有點爛爛的感覺 失去comfort的面子 不知道當我正在check in時 其他的同伴都不知要坐那裡？

very convenient location just 8-10mins walk from central station. Its good for female solo traveller as the hotel have two door passage before you can go into your room which feel safe and seldome see other hotels have this function!

Overall a no-frills hotel. TV was not working and got fixed. Aircon was noisy and cannot be fixed and limited temperature control i.e. not cool enough for a hot day. Location was perfect and staff was generally nice.

I don’t know hotel offers room make up on every 4 days interval. I will not book this room if I know this arrangement during reservation.

I travel to Copenhagen for business roughly twice a year and have been doing so for the past several years. I usually stay in many of the small, cozy boutique hotels around the Copenhagen Central area, which I’ve always enjoyed. Last May, I decided to try something different and spent four nights at this large hotel chain with my wife. While the stay was generally fine, the overall comfort and amenities didn’t quite match what I’ve become accustomed to in Copenhagen. A few aspects felt a bit less convenient than expected, which made the experience slightly less comfortable. For that reason, I’ll most likely return to the boutique hotels I’ve stayed at in the past on my next visit.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Top Lage. Badezimmer war in Ordnung aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Nice hotel within walking distance to most places. Basic accomodation. Beds soft. Had floor 5 room with courtyard view. Would stay again.

Tiny room. Tiny pillows. The hot water at the lobby was always empty, and every time we needed some, we had to ask the front desk — only to be given half a cup. The night before our departure, we were assured that packed breakfast would be ready by 5 AM. To our surprise, there was nothing prepared. Instead, the front desk staff on May 12 handed us a cold, hard bun sandwich straight from the fridge. We felt insulted and disgusted, especially considering how much we paid for this stay. Staying at this hotel turned out to be our worst nightmare.

Stayed two nights as part of 3-day South Coast & Glacier Lagoon tour package, Beautiful hotel and great staff. It has a restaurant and excellent well stocked bar on the lobby level. Breakfast was included in our stay.

Hotel was in a good location, close to train and bus station. Shops, restaurants and supermarket 2mins away. I would just recommend a bigger room for 2 people, we had a double compact room, very small. Hotel also had a guest laundry.

Our favourite was being able to check in very early! Also great staff!
