Room is small.

We got the 18 square meter room and it was located on the very end of the floor - that's a good thing since it'll be far from noises such as people walking pass the hallway. No minibar inside the room but you can get some hot water by asking the front dest receptionist. By the way, the lady at the front dest was friendly and nice.

No lift in basement, need to complaint to have better arrangements

The hotel is in an excellent central location. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and I was allowed to check in very early, which was greatly appreciated. The room was very clean, but extremely small. Mine was a single room with a “small double” bed. Because the room was so narrow, the bed was placed lengthways against the wall rather than in the usual position. At its narrowest point, there was only about 58 cm between the bed legs and the wall, which felt very tight. The bed legs were made of solid square posts with sharp edges, and I repeatedly scratched my leg while trying to pass through. It was quite painful (see photos). I have never stayed in a hotel of this rating with such a small room, and I was not impressed. There was no writing desk, refrigerator, safe, or even a telephone (perhaps it was accessible via the TV, but I’m not sure). There was also merchandise hanging on the wall for sale, which made the already small room feel even more cramped. Overall, I was disappointed.

Små hyggelige værelser, hvor der er det du har brug for. Lidt mørke værelser. Suveræn morgenmad - kan varmt anbefales. Ligger centralt for alt

Rigtig god morgenmad og hotel ligger rigtig dejligt centralt til det hele . Hotellet var rigtig pænt og rent , bare lækkert 👍

Centralt och nära Köpenhamns Centralstation

Småt men godt. Og perfekt beliggenhed.

Hotellet var igang med en ombygning, så det bar præg af byggerod. Skønne farver på værelsene. Manglet dog et bord (det er plads nok). Eller pænt og rent, gode og rummelige værelser.

Fint rum, städat...men dåligt tryck i duschen

Quarto amplo, banheiro tambem. Faltou local para abrir a mala. Servico atencioso. Bom cafe da manha.
