Room is small.

We got the 18 square meter room and it was located on the very end of the floor - that's a good thing since it'll be far from noises such as people walking pass the hallway. No minibar inside the room but you can get some hot water by asking the front dest receptionist. By the way, the lady at the front dest was friendly and nice.

No lift in basement, need to complaint to have better arrangements

Vi hade bokat ett signature dubbelrum men fick ett mycket trångt rum på vindsvåningen med lutande tak, små fönster och lågt tryck i duschen. Var detta ens rätt rumskategori? Frukosten var mycket god med genomgående ekologiska ingredienser, men inte överväldigande jämfört med andra hotell (cappuccino kostade 30 DKK extra). Dessvärre samtidigt trångt och svårt att hitta bord vid frukosten. Tidigare recensioner gav intrycket att detta hotell var något utöver det vanliga, men vi tycker nog att det var rätt så genomsnittligt och inte bättre än de stora kedjorna i närheten.

Vänligt och fräscht. Fint rum men saknar fortfarande stol eller fåtölj.

Lovely 2-night stay at Hotel Mayfair. Conveniently located by the central train station and Tivoli Gardens, both within 5 mins walk. Very quiet considering it’s in the city centre! Great little room with good decor and very clean. Just one thing: there were no coffee/tea making facilities inside the room, which I found a little strange. Overall I would stay again.

Lindo e muito limpo!

Liegt perfekt an Zug und Metro. Hotel sehr gemütlich, schön, modern. Sehr nettes Personal. Frühstück ist so vielseitig und ausgezeichnet! Alleine deshalb schon würde ich das Hotel immer wieder buchen! Zimmer hatten wir New Standard, Betten super bequem. Kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen 👍

Bra läge, mysig gård, inget mer särskilt än så. Dyr frukost och de tog extra för omelett och pannkaka.

A most pleasent stay! The staff is welcoming, friendly and serviceminded. Perfect location for a weekend in Copenhagen, especially if you are visiting the tivoli. Mayfair has a nice, calm, non-formal atmosphere with an amazing backyard and an even greater breakfast. Everything was clean and nice, and well decorated in the rooms, as well as the multiple lounge areas. Liked especially the personal notes with recommendations from the staff in the elevator. Nice twist. Suits all kinds of visitors from couples, families and singles. Full bar privileges with local brew and the hotel has a focus on organic food and sustainability. Stayed one night with the family and this was by far our best hotel experience ever.

Hyvä valinta. Aamiainen, sijainti ja siisteys erinomainen.

Staff were great. Elevator to the building was not operational which meant climbing up and down 3 flights of stairs with heavy luggage.
