We stayed twice, once before and once after our cruise. The hotel staff were very nice, and extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and a good space. We had a problem with the air conditioner one night, which they brought a fan. It appeared the floor we were on was experiencing some issues. The fan and opening the window actually was quite comfortable. The breakfast was standard. They have a large variety of foods, although basic continental breakfasts. I would stay here again. All the accommodations were quite comfortable. They have a nice lobby area for sitting. With outside sitting as well. They have an indoor full restaurant for dinner at cost. We tried one night, again very basic but you’re in Copenhagen. Go out try the amazing restaurants in the area.

I love this hotel. I'll come back to this hotel. Staff are very helpful kind always smile at me. I want to visit Copenhagen again. So charming city.

I stayed there for 4 nights. It’s okay for a 2 and a half stars and definitely had a nursing home feel. The facilities were lacking (no boxed tissues or bathroom floor mats, despite the shower curtain also being the wrong size for the space, making the bathroom extremely hazardous). Housekeeping was also lacklustre, leaving behind used mugs despite there being little else to clean.

Great breakfast, clean rooms all good. Only minor gripe was inconsistency in cleaning rooms which has to be requested by 11pm the evening before. Some rooms, were cleaned with no request. And no cleaning literally means rooms not checked at all, eg tea not replenished or towels changed. Overall did not detract from stay

Unter dem Bett lagen noch Gegenstände von einem der Vornutzer des Zimmers. Die Dusche hatte gar keinen richtigen Druck und das Waschbecken sowie die Badewanne war nicht ordentlich gereinigt.

Stort fint rom. Men svart mugg i dusjen og smalt badekar.
Frokosten var kaotisk da det er et stort hotell med mange gjester. Kø til alt. Kø for å sjekke inn og kø for å sjekke ut, hvis du ikke har betalt på forhånd. Kø i heisen.
Veldig sentralt og enkel tilkomst med bil.
Parkeringshus i "tilknytning" til hotellet, men utrolig dyrt når det konverteres til norsk valuta. Over 600NOK døgnet!

Good breakfast but we got a single room prepared for two when we booked a double room. Very tight room and small bed (for two). Also only got two small pillows. Could have complained I suppose but we were only staying for one night. Not the best experience.

We paid for a double room and the picture showed a double bed (as anyone would expect it to in a double room). The search option we'd chosen was for......1 bed. When we turned up we were given a room with 2 single beds in it. The hotel said we have to pay for an upgrade to get a room with a double bed, but we'd get it back from Hotels.com. So we contacted Hotels.com and yet they've done nothing, despite us using their website regularly. They've now offered a part payment. Why do companies think you'll be happy with part of the money you're owed. Would they accept a part payment for a room?! The customer service here has been very poor.
