We stayed twice, once before and once after our cruise. The hotel staff were very nice, and extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and a good space. We had a problem with the air conditioner one night, which they brought a fan. It appeared the floor we were on was experiencing some issues. The fan and opening the window actually was quite comfortable. The breakfast was standard. They have a large variety of foods, although basic continental breakfasts. I would stay here again. All the accommodations were quite comfortable. They have a nice lobby area for sitting. With outside sitting as well. They have an indoor full restaurant for dinner at cost. We tried one night, again very basic but you’re in Copenhagen. Go out try the amazing restaurants in the area.

Our stay there was wonderful. We experienced a travel issue and Andre and Nihad at the front desk were not only extremely helpful but probably some of the kindest people I have ever met. They helped to turn a difficult situation into a much more relaxed experience and I am forever grateful! Everyone we interacted with was also lovely. Would highly recommend staying here!

We paid for a double room and the picture showed a double bed (as anyone would expect it to in a double room). The search option we'd chosen was for......1 bed. When we turned up we were given a room with 2 single beds in it. The hotel said we have to pay for an upgrade to get a room with a double bed, but we'd get it back from Hotels.com. So we contacted Hotels.com and yet they've done nothing, despite us using their website regularly. They've now offered a part payment. Why do companies think you'll be happy with part of the money you're owed. Would they accept a part payment for a room?! The customer service here has been very poor.

I did not enjoy the breakfast. For the same amount of money and a short walk away I could find many more options than what the hotel offered. Bar and restaurant closed very early. Coffee was awful and there was not a refrigerator in the room, which made storing my babies milk difficult. Room did not have a dresser to story clothes, so we were never able to unpack and had our clothes on the ground. Floors in the room were very dirty. Would have preferred a queen or king instead of two twin beds pushed together. For the same price I could have stayed in a much nicer hotel.

Was disappointed and grossed out to find that the towel rack had molded rings, and the toilet was less than clean. Staff mischarged us for breakfast, so I had to return several days later to settle the corrected bill. They were very nice about it. Breakfast is really good but expensive. Amazing location and very walkable.

Check in person wrote wrong room number on my key. With the help of a cleaner, I entered a room that was still occupied. Went to the restaurant for dinner and was told I’d have a 1.5 hour wait! Fortunately, another staff member was able to seat me. While in the restaurant, a young customer bounced a small basketball off my table. I wasn’t able to change the TV channel no matter what keys I used on the remote control

The hotel is ok. Well situated and clean. It was very hot and air conditioning seemed to not be working. Also zero bottled water in the room. The save unecessary cleaning mantra was weird as I felt it is an expectation to have room cleaned-I’m on vacation I don’t want to clean myself. Lack of towels which were flimsy anyway.The pull out bed was not made up and blankets and a pillow for our son never arrived-we were registered as 3 people. Our friends had an extra blanket and pillow so we got that from them.

Breakfast was good fresh and great healthy options. The staff was polite but not very helpful. You ask for help with an early departure for breakfast that you paid for and they were like sorry you should have made plans before kitchen was closed. Maybe I could have had I known it wasn’t going to be available. I had a few other experiences like that but occasionally I got a helpful peron nd they were pleasant and very helpful.

The junior suite was perfect for the 3 adults in our party (one couple and one single). It’s quite large and the center wall between the 2 halves of the room has a pocket door on each side that closes to separate the 2 halves completely. It’s really like a two bedroom unit (except for the bathroom being accessible only from one of them). Most hotels only give you a partial wall with a regular bed on one side and a pullout couch on the other side, but no real privacy between the two areas. This was much better, with a double bed on each side and full privacy.

As a family of 3, we had booked the suite with the intention on one person sleeping on the spare bed - that turned out poorly as upon lying on the sofa bed, one could feel springs digging into their back; staff was nice enough to scrounge up smth to place on it, but sadly it was ineffectual. In the end, a make shift bed on the side chair had to make do, as the springs were impossible. In addition, the air ventilation of the room is not the best, at night, half the room would get unbearably stuffy and the other half very cold (Perhaps a suite-only issue). Side note: when we looked at where the heaters were placed along the walls below the window, a HUGE stack of dust was observed. ): The piping and water flow from the bathrooms is also incredibly loud, and you could hear every flush ring through the whole room. The worst part was that when we were checking out and asked if we could leave our luggage behind (perfectly normal I believe in practice), we were directed to use their pay per hour lockers- which is fine but the lockers were placed at a lower floor with only stairs, no lift access, and the staff showed no inclination to help. Thankfully we were able to lug our luggage down (Each piece was over 20kg!) I simply cannot understand why one would place luggage lockers where it is so difficult to access. If folk were frailer or weaker, it would be completely inaccessible. Unfortunately wouldn’t recommend a stay here. Scandic has left a poor impression.
