Nice hotel Centrally located Pleasant staff Used to have a wonderful breakfast included but now they charge DKK 180 per person per day (USD 28 / GBP 21 / EUR 24) which will certainly influence my choice of hotel in Copenhagen next time. The excuse “other hotels charge for breakfast” removes their advantage. Well played Scandic Hotels.

Breakfast used to be included at this and all Scandic hotels. It was excellent. Now they charge DKK 180 / USD 28 / EUR 24 / GBP 21 per person per day. Hotel still good but now I will look for alternatives when coming to Copenhagen.

Morgenmaden havde fået et løft, dog kunne normale baconskiver være at foretrække i stedet for det baconsmulderet.

Sehr zentrales und gut mit ÖPNV erreichbares Hotel. Hatte alles was es für einen Städtetrip benötigt. Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht, da wir uns in den umliegenden Cafés bestens aufgehoben fühlten.

Værelset var i fin stand - morgenmaden kunne være bedre, spiste tidligt, og det bar præg af at være stillet frem fra dagen før med skorper på det halve rugbrød osv. personalet ved indtjek var flinke og rare, hvorimod personalet ved udtjekning var det modsatte, virkede til de slet ikke havde lyst til at være der, eller hjælpe gæsterne.

Værelse meget lille og slidt, det samme var morgenmads restauranten, hvor der i øvrigt ikke var det store udvalg i forhold til prisen på 229 kr. vælger helt sikkert noget andet næste gang.

Badkamer had vloerverwarming wat enorm aangenaam was☺️ zeer vriendelijk personeel! Een echte aanrader!

We had a great stay at this hotel. We booked a Superior Room and found it very spacious, spread across two levels. The second floor had a king-size bed, while the lower level had enough space to accommodate an additional bed if needed. There was also a balcony overlooking much of the city, which was a lovely bonus. The heating worked very well.. coming back to a warm room after being out in the cold was especially appreciated. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its location, with major attractions such as Nyhavn and Amalienborg Palace all within easy walking distance. The hotel also has a partnership with a nearby parking garage, which is convenient and secure. While parking is on the pricey side, this is understandable given the prime location. One area for improvement would be the in-room amenities. Although a coffee machine was provided, the coffee pods supplied were of a different size and therefore unusable. Additionally, there was no phone in the room to call for assistance. A bit more attention to these details would go a long way in enhancing the overall guest experience, whether for service or sustainability reasons.

Abit cozy but it is a beautiful accomodation and a great location.

Very friendly happy polite staff on greeting us at check in. Our harbour view suite was amazing with great views of the harbour.
