The staff was the highlight the room needs a little upgrade but it didn’t matter much I just needed to sleep

Excellent location, friendly staff and overall a great experience. We stayed at Casa Sanchez hotel twice during our trip. We will be back again next time.

Overall, it’s a well-located and comfortable option with great service, but improving maintenance and cleanliness would make a noticeable difference.

Terrible!

One of the greatest places to stay in Santo Domingo. Been here many times and I will not stay anywhere else. Place is close to many historical landmarks. The Santo Domingo nightlife around this place is also great! Shout out to Victor! Who’s usually there late nights taking care of the clients! Everyone there is amazing! This place is a hidden gem!! ❤️

Fantastic stuff clean rooms and excellent location

The room was in good condition but the bathroom was horrendous. Dirty shower shelves. Dirty floor. Unwashed glass.

The room was completely different than what was represented in the photos of the “signature suite” we left the same day because we felt the room was gross and very disappointing. We asked to be moved and we were not given the option. We asked for a refund and were denied. It was such a disappointment and it ruined our anniversary trip.

El personal muy atento y Servi

Bei der Buchung wurde nicht übermittelt, dass wir mit unserer 4-jährigen Tochter reisen. Bei der Ankunft hieße es, dass es hier um ein Adult Hotel handelt und dass "aus gesetzlichen Gründen ein extra Bett für Kinder zur Verfügung stehen muss" und wir hier nicht einchecken können. Da es sich "um meinen Fehler" handelt, gibt es auch keine Rückerstattung aber man habe für uns ein "gleichwertiges Hotel" gebucht. Bei der Ankunft im anderen Hotel gab es dann keine Parkplätze, kein Frühstück und wir hatten ein stark muffelndes Zimmer ohne Fenster.

Es un espacio sencillo y acogedor. No logré obtener agua caliente, la piscina no está climatizada pero sí que está muy limpia y linda. La atención en la cocina fue excelente, igual que la del joven que estuvo por la noche en la recepción, la jovencita que se encuentra en el día en esta área es, por menos, amargada. Por suerte tuve poco trato con ella, pero es un aspecto que se debe cuidar. El resto del personal muy atento

This place was perfect! Perfect location, the staff was amazing and Vincent at night is so friendly and willing to help. The kitchen team with breakfast was perfect. The front office helped get me a taxi everything was smooth.

En cuanto a la habitación estuvo bien, también la atención de la recepción, pero el servicio de la cocina fue terrible, mala actitud y poca variedad ya que no tenía disponibilidad de varias opciones de la carta.

The staff is what made this stay worth. Everyone was kind and friendly. Hotel is dated but it was the location that was ideal.

The people in the front desk were super, super nice, but when we got there it seems like the room we were supposed to get wasn’t ready so they tried accommodating us in a smaller room when I had payed for a bigger one. It wasn’t till I brought it to their attention that they moved us. There was black mold on the walls and in the bathroom shower heads. The bed we slept in was quite literally two twin beds put together so there was a separation between my husband and I. There was a ceiling fan but the AC never worked during our stay, (not sure if the power was really out but they kept a generator on that made a lot of noise and they kept turning it on and off during the nighttime), and the only window in the room was very small and provided 0 privacy for us if we left it opened for some breeze to enter. Also it was not very clean and I never received the two complementary drinks we were supposed to get, in fact, when my husband went to claim them, they charged him for them. Overall, the place is very different than what it looks like in the pictures.

The room the service and the staff with everything. Great service great accommodations wonderful location I'm looking forward to stay in there again.
