Carlos at reception was excellent. Earplugs given at checkin for the late night party (3am municipal at the docks). Help and advice when we couldn’t reach our tour contact.
Clean and spacious room, efficient and quiet AC, amazing view, nice breakfast. Bed was a little hard by North American standards but quite comfortable

The room was adequate but the amenities were terrific. We were catching a later ferry and they stored our luggage and allowed us to use the facilities until we left for the ferry.

Fantastic room - spacious and all the amenities. Amazing staff, very friendly and helped with bags. Great location, very close to main shops, and quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again.

I wish i can give 7 stars. The check in and check out process are seamless, The room are facilities are very clean, the owner Carlos is super nice, when i needed to go to airport, he kindly helped me find a taxi to the local bus station. Breakfast is very healthy and balanced. I enjoyed the stay here.
