I wish i can give 7 stars. The check in and check out process are seamless, The room are facilities are very clean, the owner Carlos is super nice, when i needed to go to airport, he kindly helped me find a taxi to the local bus station. Breakfast is very healthy and balanced. I enjoyed the stay here.

My husband and I stayed at the Posada del Mar for 4 nights. It is a 7-10 minute walk from the ferry terminal, close to the supermarket and tonnes of restaurants, travel companies and shopping. The breakfast is great if you decide to take advantage of it. There is coffee and tea all day as well as water to drink. The people at the front desk speak both Spanish and English and are incredibly helpful. Credit card is accepted for hotel stays. (For breakfast you have to pay in cash.) We took advantage of the taxi ride share within 5-10 minutes walk to go to the airport, which cost $11USD per person (instead of $30USD for taxi.) Rooms are clean and mostly quiet but I did use ear plugs to sleep since there is a discotheque just down the street and sometimes some traffic noise that can be heard from the balcony. Beds are comfy. Water pressure in shower is pretty good but I would recommend to bring flip flops to wear in the shower. Great A/C in the rooms. Would definitely stay again for the price and location.

Location is great, just 2 minutes walk to the pier & all the restaurants & shops. Staff is excellent, they gave us time after check out hours. Only negative is all the rooms r on 1st & above floors, so u have to climb 25 steps to get to ur room. Also bathroom is very small.

The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. They offered tips on what to do and called and scheduled a taxi service to pick me up for my early morning flight. The balcony is such a wonderful bonus to the room, and it is close to the main attractions and marina.

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice room. Pretty balcony. Great location. Excellent shared kitchen with great view of harbor. Could get a little street noise on street side rooms, but not bad and not late at night. Stayed on both sides of hotel, while seaside had lovely view, I actually preferred the street side. Seaside has almost a "shared" balcony with just a divider, and had trouble regulating water temp in shower due to solar powered heater.

Rooms are spotless, very clean with good pressure for hot shower. Our room had issue with the AC one night and they fixed it so quickly by noon next day. The working team there is also very nice and friendly. The location is very walkable. Would recommend staying here.

Safe area and building, clean and spacious rooms. Nice balcony over looking the bay, there is also a nice shared dining/living area where you can prepare your own food. Beach towels are available at no extra cost, there’s coffee in the mornings in the lobby. The breakfast was a great addition. What really stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They would do anything to help, were warmly greeted on every occasion. I asked for laundry to be done and this only cost $3. Very good price. I’d highly recommend staying here, the Galápagos Grill next door is perfect for snacks and meals. Thank you.

This was a very cute hotel with a balcony, hot shower, and AC. The service at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! While our room rate didn’t come with breakfast, they provide coffee/tea and a water refill station in the lobby. Our room was clean, and we had a comfortable one-night sleep after a redeye. The only minor complaints were the WiFi, as it was a bit spotty at night, and the hot water— the temperature constantly changes, so you have to manage it between two knobs.
