空調也沒有，附近有垃圾場，開窗時會有臭味！ 也沒有電梯，提大件行李時，十分痛苦﹗店員也不會幫忙﹗ 門口指示嚴重不足

Staff were really friendly, the fan in the room was really helpful as the weather was so hot. Cleanliness could have been better. Location was very central and easy walking from train station.

Do not book here...I wish I could give zero stars in the system. We stayed at this location for only one night. The room was hot, so we opened the window... but there was a large industrial fan that turned on every half hour and ran for 30 mins. It was so loud, we could hear it with noise canceling headphones. The towel heater could not be turned off, which contributed to the temperature in the room. To add to this, the shower had black mold in the tiles the shower head was covered in mold, the corners of the bathroom had mold, there was a large patch in the ceiling (possibly from previous work that was done) that was not finished, and the shower temperature could not be regulated. Our friend was in another room and had stained sheets, dirty flooring, and mold in the bathroom as well. I spoke with the staff/owner to say we could not stay in the room, and I requested a refund for the remaining nights. He said it was the responsibility of Orbitz to do this. He hung up on me, when I called back he was irate and said I need to contact Orbitz because I did not book directly with him. Long story short, I contacted Orbitz. They reached out to the owner (who hung up on them then shut his phone off). He refused to refund any amount. Orbitz was so kind to provide me with a small one time credit, which will cover one of the nights we lost.

Just don’t go there.

Great location, bathroom smelt really bad, was a bit noisy outside but for the price and convenience it was fine.

If you want a good nights sleep don’t go here . Not the owners fault early morning bin wagons market setting up . Quality of the room was poor shower door missing hairs on the bathroom floor. Mattress was like a bed of nails

This hotel was one of eight I stayed at during a 12-day rail trip across England. I specifically chose properties near train lines as the entire journey was by rail. Of the eight hotels, this was the most expensive and the worst overall; I've travelled to Oxford a number of times, and will not return to this hotel. Amenities: No reliable hot water—the shower was warm for ~2 minutes then turned cold. I was told issue had been fixed, but received no response when I asked what the root cause was or whether it would recur. In fact, it was NOT fixed that night and I had to message again to ensure it was addressed by morning. No compensation or goodwill gesture was offered. Staff/Service: No on-site staff. Check-in is via lockbox or a phone number on the door. As I had no voice plan, calling was not possible. Wi-Fi details were not provided despite asking; I later found the SSID/password posted in the lobby. After initial replies claiming Hot Water issue was fixed, further messages went unanswered (not acceptable to me), including follow-ups when the hot water failed again. Cleanliness: Acceptable but poorly maintained, including an iron burn in the carpet, mold in the shower, and most TV channels not working. Property Condition: Poor. Dirty, worn stairwell carpet and general signs of neglect. Overall, several basic expectations were not met and communication was consistently poor. I'm also going to be reaching out directly to Expedia about this experience.

There was construction happening right outside the window until 2AM. I known that's not the hotels fault but people should know that if they stay there they will hear everything that happens around them, including conversations (and other things) happening the next room over.

Central location and room had everything needed... en-suite, good shower and tea/coffee making facilities. However, tea/coffee not topped up and no-one on the premises to ask. We had no sleep as the theatre was next door and the stage crew were dismantling and loading lorries from 11pm until 6.30am!! No privacy in the room if cirtains were opened and neighbours were able to look directly into the shower... we hung a towel over the glass for privacy!

We had difficulty getting in. The phone number in the door did not work with my international phone so we had to find a local restaurant to allow us to use a phone. The Inn’s representative tried to first tell us to go to another place but then eventually gave us the code for the lockbox which went fine. Then I reached out to them to see if we could leave our luggage post check out for a couple hours to take a walking tour, but I never got a response and there did not seem to be any place to leave our luggage safely. They need more reception support

Property was central for walking to everything. Pub oppposite caused noise late at night AND we had lorries loading stage equipment from nearby theatre for 2 hours until 12.30am. This happens many times a week the roadies told us. The walls were paper thin & the windows single glazed so not only outside noise kept us awake but other guests talking & tv on until 4am! The price we were charged £330 for 2 nights, was not warranted.

We stayed in room 4 at Ali Inn and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. My wife woke up with multiple bites on her back and arm, consistent with bedbug bites. When we inspected the bed, we found several insects among the sheets. We placed the insects in a plastic bag as evidence and went to reception in the morning to report the issue, but there was no one available at the time. We also took photos of both the bites and the insects. This kind of situation is unacceptable, as it presents a serious health and hygiene concern. We expected better care and responsibility from the hotel.

Staff were nice and location great. But Carpet pretty dirty in room. Tv did not get any stations.
