bad hospitality... we take a flight to London and arrive at 10.00 pm...from London to Oxford take 1 hours by car. We arrived at Ali Inn at 11,50 pm...they said that the hotel reception was closed and we have to pay extra charge to check in? everywhere...hotel is 24 hours business
