Great overnight stay for Bruno mars concert on 28th July . Ark Wembley is just a 5 minute walk to Wembley stadium. The room was spacious and clean, air-conditioning was great as it was a hot day/night so very much needed.
Norman on reception was so helpful and friendly thank you Norman for easy check in. The room we chose was a superior studio with a full kitchen , Kettle ,coffee, tea sugar and milk was available also there was washing up items too as well as shampoo body wash in bathroom
I would definitely stay there again 10/10 location was great 5 minutes and you are outside Wembley stadium .

Ark was a wonderful place, nicely decorated and great location next to Wembley Stadium. The room was perfect with lots of amenities. James at Reception was very helpful, our air con was broken in 32C London heat so as compensation he waived parking charges for 2 nights. The fact that there is parking on site is a bonus. Loved the rooftop terrace and enjoyed drinks up there with city views. Very clean thrpughput. Has great additions such as communal work areas, kitchen, gym, entertainment room. Great place, value for money and would definitely return. Thank you

We were in town for a concert at Wembley, and it was beyond convenient. Quick and easy to get back to our room, and the area was very calm and quiet even with hoards of concert-goers nearby.

Room was really clean and kitchen was great.
Would have been good to have a sachet of washing up liquid to clean any cutlery/crockery used.
There was also no bath mat for getting out of the shower.
Pillows were quite soft and low, bed was right next to the window

Paid £387 for a superior room, bedroom curtains were broken, there was a hole in the the kitchen floor area and the room absolutely stank of heavy smoking. I complained and they were able to move us to a very small room that thankfully did not smell as terrible as the first one. I have messaged the property and received no response at all. The window of the room was open when we arrived so they were obviously hoping it would air out but it was unbreathable in there.

Had to have maintenance attend the room for around an hour to fix the shower hose (cracked) the air con (wasn’t working) and the heated towel rail in the bathroom (wouldn’t turn off and was blazing hot on a 30 degree day). Room was ok in terms of cleanliness but I cleaned some marks off walls myself because it was off putting. Overall poor experience as I was late for the concert I was attending at the stadium, waiting for basic stuff to be fixed. Ruined the experience tbh.

This is student accommodation and the ground floor has got disabled studio rooms which I got placed in. Zero internet connection both mobile and WiFi had poor signals.
Basically only book if you feel like being back to student life or fancy an internet detox.

Check in was easy and staff very pleasant on reception. Room was lovely and cool (it was needed it the current heatwave!) Room was great size, it was a large room with kitchen including a fridge! Room was clean. Bathroom smelt bad though and toiletries weren't new. The location to Wembley Stadium was great, lots of places to eat and drink near by too. Easily walkable from station. Would recommend.

Nahe am Stadion gelegen, gut erreichbar. Die Küche war praktisch, ich habe nur leider keine Töpfe gefunden um den Herd zu nutzen. Nicht weiter tragisch, da ich nur eine Nacht da war.

Booked for Harry Styles and was perfect. The aircon is brilliant and the room was spacious. No noise during the night so slept well. Bathroom is great and toilet is perfect height for people with Stoma Bags. Only thing to mention, there was no plug near the mirror which made getting ready a bit of a challenge. Overall, would recommend.

Bitten by bed bugs . Mattress was invested ! How this was missed by cleaning staff is totally unacceptable.
Staff at reception were helpful in moving us to a different room for second night although bed was clean the bath room had an unacceptable odour made worse when having a shower. Staff gave us plastic bags to put our clothes to avoid possible transmission of bugs to car and home as my husband has stage four cancer and I have compromised immunity .
Whole experience was horrendous.
