The staff was very nice. We were only staying one night and leaving early in the morning and the front desk agent allowed us to store our very large suitcase instead of hauling it all the way up to our room on 3rd floor.

是傳統英式多層Townhouse改成酒店，沒有電梯，上落樓梯，木地板，裝潢舊式，浴室設施有損毀但仍可使用。房間有暖板，但只有微暖，有向酒店提出，但沒有改善。原訂了2人房4晚，但提供了5人房給我們，1雙人牀，1單牀，1上下格牀，話房間比較大，但空間不多，大部分東西都要放牀上，我們有兩個大行李箱，1個放在單人牀上可打開放，另1個放地下，打開用完後要合上放好，否則清潔不到地板，上下格牀放外衣及其他出外用品。因住4晚，都有點簡單衣物要清洗，但要2晚才乾好，如有足夠暖氣或有暖風，通常1天可乾。有拍相片，但不便公開房中情況，因有太多私人用品在相片中。

The overall experience is not bad. The breakfest is fine. I have my toast and eggs. Just I need to take my 20kg luggage up by 61 steps. The water pressure is not enough strong. The lighting somehow make the room looks old style.

I was greeted by a really lovely worker, he was friendly and professional, and offered a free upgrade which was very kind and made my stay feel more special. The room was a perfect temperature, spacious and had a lovely tea and coffee station. Hair dryer included which is always a nice bonus and spare towels. Near many shops and about 5 mins walk from Paddington station, perfect for my commute

Hôtel sale et chambre très petite pour 3 personnes. Avons eu la chambre juste derrière la réception donc très bruyante. Fenêtre qui ne ferme pas.

Easy to travel to and from, a few mins from Paddington station. Plenty of food and shop options, great area. Lovely staff, easy check in experience. Tidy and clean room. I was in the ground floor front room and was loud every time someone came into the door, it buzzes for about 5 seconds. I wore earplugs to combat this. Also the shower door wouldn’t shut properly. Apart from this the bed was spacious and comfy, plenty of tea and coffee amenities. Lovely stay and I would stay again
