是傳統英式多層Townhouse改成酒店，沒有電梯，上落樓梯，木地板，裝潢舊式，浴室設施有損毀但仍可使用。房間有暖板，但只有微暖，有向酒店提出，但沒有改善。原訂了2人房4晚，但提供了5人房給我們，1雙人牀，1單牀，1上下格牀，話房間比較大，但空間不多，大部分東西都要放牀上，我們有兩個大行李箱，1個放在單人牀上可打開放，另1個放地下，打開用完後要合上放好，否則清潔不到地板，上下格牀放外衣及其他出外用品。因住4晚，都有點簡單衣物要清洗，但要2晚才乾好，如有足夠暖氣或有暖風，通常1天可乾。有拍相片，但不便公開房中情況，因有太多私人用品在相片中。

酒店位置很好，交通方便，离PADDINGTON地铁站和火车站很近。房间整洁，干净卫生，房东态度很友好，服务体贴周到，非常乐意推荐，下次有机会还会再来。

Excellent service, the staffs are so friendly with big smiles all the time that makes me feel like family. Definitely will come back again.

The overall experience is not bad. The breakfest is fine. I have my toast and eggs. Just I need to take my 20kg luggage up by 61 steps. The water pressure is not enough strong. The lighting somehow make the room looks old style.

Very nice hotel, with a great location 2 minutes from Paddington Station. About 20 minutes walk from Oxford street. Nice clean room and size, it was cleaned every day. The staff was very nice too. Very reasonable hotel for the low cost. We recommend.

Clean and good value for money.

Accommodation is in a fantastic location and the young guys on the front desk were friendly. When I first arrived there was a piece of toilet paper in the middle of the room. Both the shower and bedspread needed a good clean. Shower door was difficult to shut as the top part was broken. A loud party in the room next door till 2 in the morning made for a sleepless night.

The key about this hotel is its location, which is 2-minutes walk from Paddington Station. The room was small but clean and was cleaned every day. Staff were great and helpful, let us keep some food in the refrigerator, and kept our luggage after check out, as we had a late flight back home. Cost was reasonable in a very expensive city like London. All in all -highly recommend!

I had a pleasant stay at Barry House Hotel overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great for getting around. The only downside was that the window in my room was broken and couldn’t close properly. Since it was March, the temperatures weren’t extremely low, but it did make the room a bit chilly. To their credit, the hotel immediately provided a heater, which made the stay comfortable despite the issue. I appreciated the quick response and the effort to make things right. With that small fix, it would have easily been a 5‑star experience

Well placed to all the local amenities around Paddington station. Property is well-kept and clean. Sound-proofing between the rooms is minimal and I was in one with a party-door so I heard a lot from the next room. Only downside to an otherwise good stay.

Excellent value for an excellent located room. A couple minutes walk from Paddington tube and station. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Decor a little dated and bathroom was small, but we were very impressed for the low cost.

Tidy, clean and comfy. I always enjoy my stay here. They provide plenty of tea and coffee amenities, hair dryer, plenty of towels, pillows etc… and the staff are always very kind and patient.
