把兩個（一箱一背包）行李寄存在酒店內，取回時發現扣在背包上的鑰匙被人強行破壞，引致不能用鑰匙打開。問當值年青男員工 “什麼原因會使背包上的鑰匙扣破壞成這樣？” 他看見了，說什麼都不知，你會相信他嗎？哈哈哈！ 好在行李有上鑰，內裡物件沒有失。 建議大家不得意要寄存行李，一定要有鑰。 完

是傳統英式多層Townhouse改成酒店，沒有電梯，上落樓梯，木地板，裝潢舊式，浴室設施有損毀但仍可使用。房間有暖板，但只有微暖，有向酒店提出，但沒有改善。原訂了2人房4晚，但提供了5人房給我們，1雙人牀，1單牀，1上下格牀，話房間比較大，但空間不多，大部分東西都要放牀上，我們有兩個大行李箱，1個放在單人牀上可打開放，另1個放地下，打開用完後要合上放好，否則清潔不到地板，上下格牀放外衣及其他出外用品。因住4晚，都有點簡單衣物要清洗，但要2晚才乾好，如有足夠暖氣或有暖風，通常1天可乾。有拍相片，但不便公開房中情況，因有太多私人用品在相片中。

酒店位置很好，交通方便，离PADDINGTON地铁站和火车站很近。房间整洁，干净卫生，房东态度很友好，服务体贴周到，非常乐意推荐，下次有机会还会再来。

Excellent service, the staffs are so friendly with big smiles all the time that makes me feel like family. Definitely will come back again.

The overall experience is not bad. The breakfest is fine. I have my toast and eggs. Just I need to take my 20kg luggage up by 61 steps. The water pressure is not enough strong. The lighting somehow make the room looks old style.

Great location near Paddington along with Hyde Park & Kensington Gardens. Lots of dining options close by too. No Air Con and with 3 fire doors within a short hallway we couldn’t get any draft. They did have a fan in the room and the window opened a little bit. Tiny bathroom.

No AC so room (especially bathroom) was super hot. There was a fan and window opened, although it was so noisy outside. Small room for 5 people. Carpet runner in hallway kept tripping everybody. Great location, few minutes from Paddington station, Hyde park, etc.

Hotelværelserne trænger til et eftersyn, jeg boede på to forskellige værelser, på det første kunne døren til udestuen ikke lukkes ordentligt. På det andet virkede den ene lampe ikke, toiletbrættet var ikke skruet på. Der var hår fra enten tidligere lejer eller rengøring på badeværelset. Begge rum ekstremt varme og selv med blæser svære at sove i. Sengene i begge rum var ikke nye, den første havde flere fjedre der ikke virkede med stort hul midt i, en af de næste senge havde så blød affjedring at jeg nærmest blev svunget rundt ved mindste drejning i sengen. Beliggenheden fin og er du heldig får du udsigt til hyggelig lille rolig gade bag hotellet

I know that London is expensive and you get what you pay for. But I got bed bug bites all over my legs and back after one night at this hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

Basic but clean

Very nice hotel, with a great location 2 minutes from Paddington Station. About 20 minutes walk from Oxford street. Nice clean room and size, it was cleaned every day. The staff was very nice too. Very reasonable hotel for the low cost. We recommend.

Clean and good value for money.

Accommodation is in a fantastic location and the young guys on the front desk were friendly. When I first arrived there was a piece of toilet paper in the middle of the room. Both the shower and bedspread needed a good clean. Shower door was difficult to shut as the top part was broken. A loud party in the room next door till 2 in the morning made for a sleepless night.
