飯店挺新也乾淨 但安排在地下室很不舒服, 因為沒有窗戶, 很密閉 ,就不想在裡面多待... ps:到地鐵站外要小心,因為我們只是看地圖,就有類似中東的人說要帶我們去飯店,好險我開google map甩開他了!

Clean room, nice staff, secure door, 10 mins walk to Vauxhall station, coach stop nearby to Gatwick airport.

Pluss for bra renhold og god service ved rombytte første dag, men resten av betjeningen var midt på treet. Rommet og sengen var uvanlig små og korte. Frokosten er ikke verdt prisen (gå heller på Gail's). Det som trakk mest ned var at et par solbriller jeg la fra meg i resepsjonen «forsvant» sporløst over natten. Helt ok, men pass på tingene dine.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, very clean and cool room considering it was 31degrees outside and weekend parking right outside. An ideal location for travelling into central London with lots of shops and cafes around too. The staff made this hotel brilliant

I like the cleanliness of our accommodation I chose this hotel because it has air conditioning that worked well the first night but second day it was broken and it was super hot outside so we didn’t sleep the second night asked for a fan but they didn’t have any even after they had known the air con was broken all day it was awful and alot of the guests were very unhappy hot and tired I think we should have a refund for the night we endured without the advertised air conditioning

We arrived early knowing that bag storage was our only objective, the receptionist was fine with that but told us they only had 1 housekeeper so our 3pm room would not be available till 4pm, which was inconvenient as we had plans set to start about 5pm. We returned at 4 to use the room for a quick shower to find only 1 bath towel and an extra hand towel. We were told of another housekeeping plight which could not be immediately resolved. Note I checked and they still had rooms available so had they been full who knows how they would have managed. Things did improve, but the start made for a bad experience. The “no-window” room was in a basement floor and I’d not have selected that room had I known so better description would have helped. Throughout our stay multiple large bags of laundry sat in the very small area at the foot of the stairs/entrance to the lift - this area also being part of the fire evacuation route. We elected not to take a “breakfast rate” as we were visiting family close by. I’d have been even more disappointed if I had the selection was very very limited in an area, genuinely, smaller than my home lounge or kitchen. I’m stagger Best Western, a brand I’ve used over the years in many locations, allow this to in their portfolio. I chose the larger groups in the believe there would be a consistency of standards, sadly an incorrect theory. BW unlikely to be on my list again unless I’ve very limited options. Would I stay again - NO.

All round a very pleasent stay would go again

No-window basement room booked for 2-nights. Perfectly ok small room with double bed, which was very comfortable, and air conditioned of course. Some noise from nearby rooms but otherwise fine. 10-min walk to a couple of rail/underground stations. A few local restaurants in the Little Portugal area.

Staff were exceptional during my stay

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with anything I needed. The hotel was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, comfort, and value for money. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

I stayed for a week without the breakfast option. Complimentary bottles of water were served on the first day. The room was tidy and kept clean every day. Special thanks to Mr Raful; the air con was repaired swiftly, even on a record-breaking hot day in June.

Reception staff really lovely always well mannered, very easy understanding of the key code and how to access the door etc. although I had a short stay the room was slightly dusty, I wish there was a mini fridge, robes and toothpaste/toothbrushes in the room. However any time I called the front desk the staff were amazing :) will definitely stay again

The staff were lovely, in particular, Ali on the front desk. The accessible room needs some shelving in the bathroom as there nowhere to put anything, not even on the sink. Great hotel. Good location

My single bed room was small but quiet. It was in the basement, no windows. But that helped to keep it quiet. Hot water kettle, AC, and TV all worked okay. Towels, coffee, tea, sugar, cream were restocked daily. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausages, toast, Danish, juices, fresh fruit, cereals, milk, coffee and tea. Check in and out was easy.

Nice little fine. Will definitely stay again when in London. Easy reach of the main line train station and the tube into central London. Great little Portuguese café on the corner for breakfast in the morning if you don’t have it at the hotel..
