convenient place. We were lucky enough to get there during the historical May heatwave without an AC in the room. THat is the norm there nothing wrong with the hotel though.

Schönes, sauberes Appartement mit viel Platz. Tolle Lage. Wir könnten viel zu Fuss erkunden. Frühstücksmöglichkeiten, Essensmärkte und Lokale, Pubs alles um die Ecke. Kommunikation mit Bob und Team war super. Alles lief reibungslos. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre der Druck in der Dusche. Es kommt recht wenig Wasser raus.

Great place. They have a good, responsive chat AI I think? Answers all questions promptly and accurately. Excellent location with easy tube access. And Great property in the middle of london. Saved us a lot on breakfast because we would easily cook in the kitchen. Although, I would say travel light as there is no lift/elevator and to fetch heavy suitcase up the stairs was a workout. But otherwise Great place.

The accommodation was fine and served us well, and it’s a very handy location. It was good value for money in that respect. Just don’t accidentally leave anything behind in the apartment, as it’s nigh impossible to communicate meaningfully via the Bob W WhatsApp account. I realised after we left that I’d left my electric toothbrush in the bathroom, so the next day I messaged via WhatsApp to ask if the cleaners could put it somewhere safe so I could collect it next time I was in London. But this was pretty hopeless — at first I was communicating with a chat bot, then they put me in touch with an anonymous person from the “local team”, who said they would ask the housekeeping team and they would keep me updated. But they didn’t, and when I chased them up a couple of weeks later they said they had messaged me to say the toothbrush couldn’t be found. But I didn’t receive any such message, and in any case I know I left the toothbrush there so it’s strange that it couldn’t be found. So, I’d suggest Bob W stop using chat bots, and employ cleaners who are, shall we say, better at finding things.

Highly recommend, it is probably the best property I have been to and I travelled quite a lot recently. It is nice to be welcomed with small details like the reusable water cups, ear plugs (building is in a noisy area so its a nice touch) and welcome card. Just maybe few more tea bags/coffee. Beds comfy and rooms warm, large and clean.

Good location

Honestly, machine was not working efficiently. It was not washing well and the dryer was barely working. It look a 4-5 cycles to get the clothes almost dry but still not fully dry.

Nice and clean, also a good location! Overall a very pleasant stay. The only con was that the walls were quite thin, so the apartment was rather cold and traffic sounds were loud.

An area map might make it more accommodating but that is really it.

Rigtig god plads med højt til loftet. Virkelig gode senge. Dejligt selv at kunne lukke sig ud og ind med kode til døren. God service med bagage-rum på afrejse dagen. God beliggenhed med rigtig mange spændende restauranter tæt på. Liverpool Steet Station lige rundt om hjørnet.
