Wonderful clean room and bathroom. Warm and cozy and excellent comfortable bed. Excellent free parking and very friendly staff. Easy walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Beautiful building, room was clean & cosy, bathroom was spacious and had an enticing bath! Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, all good value.

Excellent hotel in Cheltenham. Lovely room with all necessary amenities and a small residents bar. Plenty of on site parking, only a short walk into Cheltenham town centre and easy access to the racecourse

Enjoyed 2 nights here and love the character of the building and the romantic double room was lovely and warm on what was a very cold evening! Staff really helpful and friendly, easy free parking and in 15 mins we were in town by foot. There’s a lovely rum Bar 5 mins away too (altho a small bar onsite too!) and restaurants within 10 Mins if need. Most 15 mins. I like the fact you don’t have to pay for a cooked breakfast if you don’t want it and just continental. Couple of things i could nit pick on, but not worth it. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fab property with so much character and clean spacious room. Large clean bath and separate shower. No lift but staff helped with luggage. Central location is so convenient and free parking. Recommend to stay here

Very overpriced for a very basic hotel . Water not very hot . Whole building very basic and not overly clean . Could do with new carpets

Wow, what a fantastic place. From the excellent modern bathroom with walk in shower and nice fluffy towels to the wonderful crisp gorgeous smelling bed linen. Very nice polite friendly staff, well done everyone. First class.

In keeping with the lovely architecture in Cheltenham, this hotel is really well decorated with comfortable and luxurious room for the price. I appreciated the bottled water, biscuits, nice touches! Also, a good continental breakfast was worth the extra in the morning.

Lovely hotel, very happy for the most part. Friendly welcome, Very clean and stylish. Bed very comfortable. My only con was It was very hot and the windows only opened a few inches, in small room. Would maybe benefit from having air con. Still good on the whole
