Great

Not worth the price as there is no fridge and the heating system does not work, although the location was good and easy to take bus 14 to railway station. We stayed for three nights. The first room we were given was next to the stairs and I was annoyed by the steps in the morning and could even feel the wall trembling. It was good to switch to another one the next day but the heating was not working; nothing changed after I told the front desk manager. The worst thing was that I happened to find the room rate dropped significantly on the date I checked in (30%+) and asked for rebooking with the new price from the second or third night but was rejected. That's unreasonable, unbearable and unfair. Although we were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff, unfortunately I have to say I don't recommend this hotel at all as there are so many choices in Oxford.

Overall is good, room is clean. But the bed is too soft and I need extra pillows to support my back to avoid back pain.

The room service was good. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, the heater was not strong enough which took a long time to get the room warm. The bath room was very cold which needs another stronger heater to make the bath room comfortable for taking bath.

還有酒吧及餐廳，還可以停車，走路進牛津市區要15-20分鐘，不過有巴士可以坐，早餐很豐富，好吃。不過房間沒有冰箱

Clean room, nice staff, fantastic location, cooked breakfast is all made to order and was the nicest I’ve had for ages (including in far pricier places!)

We had a lovely stay at the Cotswold Lodge Hotel. It has a lot going for it! It’s in walkable distance to Oxford City Centre, it’s one of very few hotels that offer on-site parking. The team were great and we were well looked after. The bar was well stocked - the wine was nice and my husband was glad to see a dark beer option. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. It is quite dated and would benefit from spruce up, but beauty is only skin deep and I would say the service outweighs the cosmetic element and I would recommend staying here.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Breakfast very good although I would have liked more fruit options. Had a single en suite room which was comfortably cosy, all very clean. I would have liked the bar menu available in the evening as I had been out to tea and didn’t really need a full meal, bar had good ambience.

Förvisso ett lite slitet hotell med lyhörda rum, men service är fantastiskt och personalen alltid hjälpsam och trevlig. För oss med allvarliga matallergier gjorde restaurangen allt för att möta våra behov. Hotellet ligger på promenadavstånd till centrala Oxford och grönområden. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell!

The staff were very friendly. We stayed at this hotel, as we drove from Surrey and parking was included, unlike most hotels in the area. We were very happy with our stay and would return to his hotel if we come back to Oxford.
