明苏尔街海湾公寓

My family of 4 people enjoyed staying in this serviced apartment a lot as we loved the flat has plenty of space with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living and dining space and the open kitchen. We had no worries to prepare the meals, take shower, sleep and the room was quiet and cosy. There were also enough sockets around the entire flat to rechargre phone batteries while watching tv, sleeping and having meals. Also, we all had a good sleep for 3 nights! The location is great as it is really close to the Chinatown, supermarkets, Arndale Market and tram stations. All are within walking distance. We liked the parking too that it is so accessible. We could get to the car directly from the lift and load the luggage. The front-desk staff were helpful and polite. Also the free coffee tasted good. However we noted the flooring at the open kitchen was quite dirty. The cleaning may need a bit of improvement.

The service apartment is spacious and tidy, facilities are in very good condition. They also provide a number of utensils and cutlery so that you can cook in the dining room. I appreciate their welcome drinks especially hot chocolate and tea bags are freely provided in the apartment. The carpark will be a bit spooky, but it only cost about 15 pound for 24 hours and the security would be comparatively better than on-sheet parking or outside carpark. All you need is a good skill to park as the parking route is not that easy. The location is superb, with at least three supermarkets within 5-minute walk and just a few steps to the Chinatown. I will definitely stay in this service apartment if I visited Manchester in the future.

Clean environment, good facilities

Very clean and well maintained apartment! Located in the city centre with shopping malls and supermarkets, metrolink and bus stops! Super convenient Excellent customer service! Will recommend this to friends and family!

房間很大 很舒適 有廚房客廳 地點也方便 但住了五晚只提供兩套毛巾 跟櫃台要 櫃台叫我自己用房內的洗衣機洗 可能是疫情的防護措施 但還是覺得有點美中不足

Staff 非常友善，房間十分消潔，廚房設備齊全，仲有洗碗碟機，非常好。地點亦好方便。

There is no one in the reception and we have to wait for around 10 minutes for the staff to come, while the telephone is unanswered. The staff is very nice and helpful actually. Others are fine in this hotel especially the location.

退房前一晚臨時想延遲退房，職員友善地協助查閱訂房記錄，並說該房間之後沒有預訂，可免費給我們延遲一小時退房，值得一讚!

房間空間大又舒適（尤其是床褥軟硬度適中），設有兩個洗手間及浴室，其中一個還是套房、地點便利，距離火車及大型購物中心祇需幾分鐘路程！唯一美中不足是洗衣機較污糟！

正午抵達酒店，由於房間已準備好，職員告知可以提早check-in，good. 房間是一房一廳，空間感非常足夠。 浴室提供高級品牌的沐浴液。 可能因為是service apartment, 住了3晚也沒有人清潔或更換毛巾，應該是on request才更換吧 酒店地點距離Piccadilly大約5至8分鐘路程，離唐人街也很近，坐metro也是數分鐘路程

公寓式的酒店,位置方便,厨房有基本配置，只可惜空间小。

Almost got everthing like you are at home.

The staff was wonderful, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. We loved our room with the kitchen and laundry: perfect for our 9-day stay. The location was great, close to the train station and walkable to everyplace downtown. We had a bit of trouble making the washing machine work properly, but after a google search, found that this particular brand sometimes gets wonky and needs to be reset. It happened several times, but we worked around it. The property was safe, secure and easy to find. We would definitely recommend it if it fits into your budget.
