The hotel is perfectly located. It is just 8 - 10 mins away from the Oxford Street, Baker Street tube station or the Bond Street tube station. Staff members at the Concierge are all friendly and helpful. One thing that was needed to be improved is the shower. I stayed in a one-person room on the 3rd floor and the shower was extremely weak. Only half of the holes of the shower were releasing water weakly. It was made worse as it is an fixed, overhead shower.

What a charming hotel with excellent service! The breakfast is wonderful (served in a gorgeous room). Loved all the common areas for relaxing after a day out in London. Marylebone is my favorite area in the city.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Durrants Hotel and could not recommend the property enough! The entire staff was so kind and helpful, and the property itself has the most quintessential British 'boutique' hotel vibes. Would definitely return again!

Staff very pleasant, accommodating. Location excellent, single room on the smaller side and had everything needed. Food was good. Enjoyed the charming traditional but not stuffy atmosphere.

Great hotel and want to come back

Nice comfy bed and pillows. Nice and clean. Good location. Disappointed as no air con and it was very hot in room. Supplied with a fan and one window opened wide but still extremely warm for trying to sleep.

Lovely hotel and great staff

We checked in then after seeing the room, checked straight out again. Upon arrival, we were told that they only had a room without air conditioning. We went to the room only to find that the bathroom had not been cleaned. Dust and hairs on the toilet as well as in the bath. We asked for a refund which they have, and the. We went to another hotel. Definitely would not recommend this hotel

What do you mean by amenities? My room was fine but my daughter’s was not. She was moved to a better one, but it caused some inconvenience. This is a beautiful and historic hotel in a convenient location. The food was excellent and so was the service at the bar.

Love everything about Durrants

The room was cheerful and large enough for the two of us to move around comfortably. I appreciated the bathrobes and slippers and that the television came with apps including Netflix. There was no air conditioning but the room had a fan that kept the temperature down. The staff were very helpful- arranging a restaurant reservation, finding a driver to take us to Heathrow. We felt well cared for and look forward to returning to Durrant’s.

The hotel is clean, charming and perfectly situated in the center of town.

The hotel was lovely and we were able to check in 2 hours early, which was great. However, we booked a standard double room, which was fine and clean, however we looked out onto a brick wall and no air con just a rotating fan. When it’s been so hot, it wasn’t very effective. For £300 for 1 night l, it was an expensive room considering no air con. The view didn’t really bother us as it was a room for the night whilst we were in London for a show. Avoid room 304.

This is a lovely hotel, very quirky and yet traditional. The decor is gorgeous, public rooms are great with all sorts of area to relax in. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The traditional breakfast served at the table was very civilised. Two criticisms though: when I booked in I was given a sheet to sign with someone else’s name and e mail address. Most importantly no air conditioning in the bedroom which was absolutely sweltering. I would definitely go back if they put air conditioning in the rooms.

Koselig og klassisk engelsk hotell med hyggelige ansatte, men om det er varmt må du ikke finne på å booke rom her - ingen aircondition og på vårt rom var det kun ett vindu ut mot en lysgrav uten noe vind eller lys, vinduet kunne åpnes kun 20cm. Vi hadde nok 35 grader på rommet hele oppholdet. Krise!!

No Aircon in the room - how can that be for a 4 star hotel? Room was like a sauna!!

Convenient to Wigmore Hall. Friendly staff. Nice areas to sit downstairs. Restaurant staff very helpful with range of food including light snacks.

Imagine checking in and being told that your room has no air con and it’s almost 40 degrees centigrades outside. No info upon reservation and a 425 pound bill. The room has a fan, I was told. This was a really miserable customer experience - you can’t charge rates like this when your establishment does not have the conditions to be priced as such. It’s a rip off. Never again will I set foot in this place.
