My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was unable to access my room because the door code provided did not work. I had to contact reception and wait approximately 10 minutes on the phone before a replacement code was issued. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. The bed frame had a sheet of plywood protruding from it, which caused me to injure my knee the following morning. I reported the matter to the hotel and was offered either a discounted future stay or a 50% refund. I chose the refund option; however, since making that request, I have received no further communication from the hotel. Despite sending multiple follow-up messages and asking Expedia to contact the hotel on my behalf, I have still not received any response. The complete lack of communication and failure to resolve a legitimate complaint has been unacceptable. This has been the worst customer service experience I have encountered during a hotel stay. Due to the poor service, unresolved safety issue, and ongoing problems with the door access system, I would not recommend this hotel.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and will happily stay again. It's easy access to the city centre, the rooms are clean, comfortable and affordable 🙂

I had to telephone as I couldn't get into my room. I was given a new code. It could have been cleaner & I was suspicious about a teabag being wedged in the smoke alarm.

This is such a great location. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen is amazing. The rooms are well decorated and kept up. The staff is very helpful. I stay here again.

Good TV. Nice location and was an okay experience. Some hairs in the bed and the bathroom fan is loud but didn’t bother me.

Cant get fresh air and the aircon was not effective. No toaster to make breakfesy.

Generally positive on all areas. Only qualm is the access point (main entrance) too close to the road, albeit there are the railings but it's rather narrow and can be quite tight getting in and out whereby one has to be mindful not to bump into pedestrians or obstruct them and vice versa.

Check in was a disaster. Busy on my trip, I received an email asking me to check in with passport pages and credit card. But no identifying info on the email so I was reluctant to give that information. Would have been better to receive an email explaining that there is NO reception at the property, only rooms, and that check in HAS to be completed before or you cannot enter the property. They only send that email after you have uploaded credit card and passports. Finally got through to a person - property manager? - and he was very rude on the phone, repeating over and over that I must have missed an email (I didn't) which he clearly hadn't sent. I received it finally after trying to enter and uploading credit card info. Wouldn't call this a 'hotel', it's just rooms. That should be made clearer. Once in, all was mostly fine. Clean, basic, bathroom is tiny, toilet didn't flush very well and shower is weak. Bed uncomfortable and curtains were broken but did cover the window. Fan kept switching off in the night and room got very hot - every time I switched it back on manually it switched off again. Parking was down an adjacent side street and we were lucky it was saturday evening as we had free parking and no time limit through sunday. No where to stop outside the property to unload so be prepared to walk to property from your car.

Arrived and room was not ready. Cleaner had many rooms to clean but didn’t have a problem with us sitting in the room while it was cleaned. Light not in its socket. Windows but don’t open so rooms were hot. Overall an okay stay.

Lovely property. Nice and clean. Great range of features in the room including oven, microwave and fridge. Extremely comfy bed, and great aircon system for keeping cool. Location is just outside the main city centre area, so you are not blighted by the associated noise. But attractions are still within a comfortable walking distance, or their are bus services/stops in close vicinity. Overall a great stay.

Felt safe and it was clean. Would have liked another communication method for international travelers who can't call. Tried to email but wouldn't go through. Overall, nice property and I would stay again.
