Lovely staff, smooth check in and pleasant room - albeit a bit hot in there! Excellent value for money and a great seafront location, very central and close to bars, restaurants and much more.

I stayed for 1 night and the hotel was very good. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, the room was nice, clean and comfortable, with some basic amenities.
Although, my room had a partial sea view, it was very small and almost non existent, so I shouldn't have been charged extra for this.
Also, the corridors to the rooms are quite narrow, but manageable with a little extra time.
Overall the hotel is very nice and pleasant with a good seafront location. I will try to stay here again with my family.

Terrible experience. Staff charged £150 for damage for a small glass of wine knocked over by my partner who was just discharged from the hospital and knocked my drink whilst he was having an episode. We told the cleaning staff who were aware but did nothing about it. Disgusted behaviour which we will escalate.
