They went above and beyond for my daughter’s birthday filling our room with the decorations I had ordered. The room was spotlessly clean. Comfy beds and a great location. Will only stay here when we go to Brighton in future. Thank you so much.

Hotel was a bit of a maze and the halls were a bit outdated. Parking is limited and expensive, but the room was lovely. Staff were helpful. It would've been nice to have some waterbottles in the room

This relatively small hotel is right on the waterfront and an excellent place to stay in Brighton. The breakfast was substantial; the staff always helpful and I recommend it highly.

Pretty run down, in need of a new lift. Room was very basic, no air con, windows limited on how much they can open which is a struggle in summer. Room needed painting

The room was excellent But what upset us, the room was not ready for 3 check in we had to wait a further 35 minutes before we was allowed in the room. When I complained about the wait I was told You do have the best room!!! Not good enough, we was not the only ones made to wait.

C’est honteux ce genre d’hôtel à ce prix Ça n’a rien à voir avec le standing qu’on attend de Sheraton ou Marriott Chambre propre mais tout est brinquebalant, les appliques, les porte papier toilette… Il fait extrêmement chaud et impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres au delà de 8cm et pas de climatisation Pas non plus de petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix et, vus les commentaires, je suis allée voir ailleurs Au final 180€ pour une chambre avec un lit simple, sans vue et sans rien de particulier, cela ne vaut pas la peine Personnel accueillant pour relever le niveau

Nice clean room overlooking the sea front. I expected there to be traffic noise which there was but it died down as the evening progressed. However what I didn’t expect was to be woken at 2:30 am by noisy deliveries and services and then again at various intervals throughout the night. I understand that it is probably easier for these services to happen during the night because of parking difficulties during the day but feel customers should have be told and given the option of quieter rooms. It was not a restful night.

Check in to our room was not available at 3p.m. as advertised We had to wait. A charge is made if you want to have an early book in! We chose a sea view room as we were away for a special anniversary. However, we had not realised that the sea view rooms only have a bath with a shower attachment and not a walk in shower. This is difficult as we are 80. This should be made clearer in the information. The bathroom was very small, clean but needed some TLC. e.g. the extractor fan did not work and the plug in the sink failed to stop the water 'running away'. The toilet paper is very thin. No telephone in the room in case of emergency in the night. We did not have the breakfast because I am Coeliac and the reception staff were unable to tell me what I could eat.
