The hotel was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. Would definitely recommend!

地點方便、隔音良好，有幾晚附近酒吧有聚會，都可以瞓覺。房間算乾淨。尤其是11月3日星期天下午當值的兩位前台職員，態度友善，協助我們預約的士，當中來回的電話查詢，他們都樂意幫忙。 美中不足是，第一晚在浴室沖涼時，亦都不算沖太耐，始終是花灑浴室。大概12至14分鐘左右，突然間整個浴室燈關上。要拉開浴室門，向顯示燈揮揮手，才着燈。都嚇一嚇。家人話可能是環保裝置…

The location of the hotel is very convenient, you can reach the subway station and bus station within 10 minutes' walk. The surrounding environment and convenience are great. Every employee in the hotel is super kind and enthusiastic. If you have any questions, you will get help quickly! The accommodation room is very clean, the air is very circulated, and the bed is very comfortable. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

整體很好，front desk服務也不錯！只是房間空調好像有點問題。 交通十分好，有機會再來旅行會再次入住！

The hotel staffs are superb! Very smooth check-in and they always took care what we need. The room is very clean and tidy. Slept very well each night. Just the air-con is a bit weak.

The hotel staff was pleasant and the room was clean although small. The issue was that the hotel is not new but had issues that would make you think they just opened - the card reader wasn't working, the process to check in took far too long, you can't add anything to your room (drinks, etc.) - you have to pay for them each time, there are no washcloths or towels other than body towels, the elevator didn't work for 3 days of our trip; they advertise a Buy 1-Get 1 50% of drinks but then don't honor it because it takes too long for them to process the purchase through the tablet they use (we were told it would add an additional 10 minutes to the time it took to just purchase 2 bottled waters). Again, it's a clean hotel in a quiet area but these issues kept coming up and were just not what we assumed we would encounter for a hotel that was not brand new and for the amount we paid for the stay.

Ok morgenmad, men manglede lige et lille bord på værelset til at spise ved. Men ok til prisen og beliggenhed.

Lovely hotel, immaculate decor, lovely to have a kitchenette area as a bonus, fridge, kettle and hob if you had a longer stay Very modern with sliding mirrored doors along whole of one wall which hid the shower and separate toilet. Atmospheric lighting and tv Only very small downside, no vanity mirror to do make-up with, all mirrors were smoked effect which made it very difficult to see properly in applying make-up. Only tiny downside which could be fixed. Nice area of London, lots of bars and restaurants and ideally located for Hammersmith appolo

Le lieu : central et facile d'accès. Le personnel très aimable et accueillant, surtout Bella !

La chambre était parfaite, bien insonorisée. Le personnel de nuit était agréable, surtout celle qui parlait français. Le café, thé, sucre et lait sont à volonté. Le ménage était fait régulièrement. L'hôtel est bien positionné dans le quartier Hammersmith : à proximité de 4 lignes de métro et de la gare routière pour les bus. Il manquerait éventuellement 4 assiettes et des couverts, quand on prend des plats à emporter, voire un petit micro-ondes, à mettre sous le plateau de tasses.

Lovely hotel - immaculately clean with friendly staff. Excellently located close to the Tube - the Hammersmith & Circle lines are closest to the Herton, with the District & Victoria lines just a few minutes on. The mattresses are quite firm but that seems to be the norm in hotel now.

Room was clean and comfortable for our 1-night stay. Great location for Tube and some nice restaurants nearby

Personale molto gentile, a due passi dalla metro (ci sono ben 2 stazioni vicine e 4 linee della metro). La camera era ben studiata negli spazi, mobilia nuova e letto confortevole. Zona tranquilla, piena di locali e negozi. Centro commerciale di fronte l'hotel.

Very helpful staff.

På et værelse til 6 personer var der ingen knager til hverken jakker eller våde håndklæder. Morgenmaden der var To-Go var i sig selv fin, men der var ingen steder man kunne sidde og spise den, heller ikke på værelset, da det ikke var noget bord eller stole. Skabet kunne ikke åbnes pga dobbelt sengen var placeret foran. Personalet var rigtig søde og hjælpsomme. Placeringen var rigtig fin - tæt på metroen.
