A brilliant stay at The Holmes Hotel. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Oxford Street and Marylebone High Street, with excellent transport links.
The staffs were super friendly and helpful, always on hand with a smile. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast was a real highlight - delicious and varied. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to London.

Definitely a decent stay. The location was perfect: just 4 mins walk to the metro, and many restaurants in the neighborhood. Room was clean and cozy. The check-in/ chech-out was smooth and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer, was auch zu empfehlen ist, da es sonst eng werden könnte. Das Badezimmer war tatsächlich ziemlich klein, hat aber gut ausgereicht. Das Personal stand rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung und hat vor allem beim Frühstück und Essen generell sehr schnell geholfen und war wirklich sehr nett.
Es ist kein Frühstücksbuffet, sondern a la carte. Die Auswahl war aber reichlich und uns hat es sehr gefallen.

Great customer service from staff.
I understand building is old but certainly something can be done about creaking floors. The sound of footsteps can disturb one’s sleep on uncarpeted floor…much as we love the hardwood flooring. Water from shower would spray out cand would even run on to the bedroom’s wooden floor. Towels do not completely dry when hung on hooks. Toilet paper wouldn’t stay on holder when pulled.

Die Lage des Hotels war super. Schnell bei der Metrostation und ca. 10-15 Gehminuten von der Oxfordstreet entfernt.
Das Personal war zuvorkommend und die Lounge sehr gemütlich.

It was our first stay at this hotel and we were very impressed. It’s in a good central area with lots to do nearby. Great staff- friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Lovely bar and restaurant and interesting features including a billiards room and nice seating areas. The breakfast is served in the restaurant and is à la carte rather than buffet which is really nice. Will definitely stay here again.
