Nice spot in side road. Quiet and clean. My room was a nice size and very comfortable. Loved walking in the Marylebone neighborhood and easy access to Paddington. Only stayed a night so didn’t make much use of the property but overall, I was pleased with my short stay and would recommend.

As soon as we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and check in was smooth (even a an hour early too). The place is exactly how you'd expect a hotel to be in Marylebone, there isn't anywhere else in London i'd stay. Very clean, modern, luxurious, friendly staff, nestled in to the street, amazing neighbourhood with very good restaurants/brunch around the corner (Carlotta + White Mulberries). Very easy access to the underground which was only about a 5 minutes walk, (Baker ST) to get to Wembley Park mainly. 10 minute walking distance to Oxford ST. Rooms seemed bigger on pictures but were still generously sized with good amenities. I'd definitely stay here again, if not every time I visit london!

Lovely hotel and very good room , good location and over all a good stay . We stayed in room 115 and only fault for us was a sewer smell that we mentioned to reception and also the fridge had hairs in But except from those minor things we would stay here again .

Stayed in a deluxe room for 2 nights .. check in was easy and friendly enough. Allowed early check in which was great. Was a bit disappointed with room. Although very clean the decor was very bland, the view from the window of a dead bird on the netting was not great. The website gave an impression of amazing accommodation was misleading I felt.

The property is very clean. Staff are very nice especially the lady at the front desk & porter. The room is a good size as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were amazing and so friendly. The hotel was lovely and it felt very homely, very personal. The staff in the restaurant and bar were friendly and were more than happy to make a cocktail or two not on the menu. You were recognised and greeted by the staff in a lively friendly way. Only down side was the room looked a bit tired. Curtains were a bit ripped and didn’t close fully and paintwork was cracked on some walls and around windows.
