Like so many others we were unable to make use of booked properties. However, the manager I spoke to was really helpful and polite. We will re-book when London is open for business!

Main concern was the security problem because all door locks were those very simple one. The bathroom was so small that taking a shower became a tough work. Should bring your own kettle because the one provided emitted plastic particles when boiling water. The bed was relatively too soft for me. The kitchenette was nice but unfortunately a pair of scissors and a can opener were missing. 4/F without lift, thin wall and uneven floor could hardly make me leave a good impression.

Petit studio fonctionnel et bien situé. Le notre étant en sous sol nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le bruit. Le logement est propre malgré quelques tâches d'humidité au plafond de la sdb. Dommage de n'avoir d'une seule chaise à table quand le logement est pour 2.

Die Lage der Wohnung war großartig, sehr zentral und alles in London innerhalb von 30 Minuten erreichbar dank der Nähe zu Paddington Station. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber und schön.

Check-in easy no problems there are no elevators so don't have heavy bags. The apartment was fine no problems apart from being noisy at night and the hot water failed twice, not happy about that but you have to consider the cost = cheap and the location = great.

年末年始に小学生の子供と9泊しました。予約時のメールでの対応が迅速かつ正確になされ、安心してロンドンに到着しました。到着当日はイブで不動産は早く閉まりましたが、事前に相談していたので、鍵の受け取りに問題はありませんでした。また、何かあった時のために緊急連絡先があるのも安心でした。パディントン駅に非常に近く、バス、地下鉄、郊外線など公共交通機関の利用が楽です。また荷物が多ければアパートの目の前までタクシーも呼べます。早朝夜間共に安全で、一人歩きで怖い思いをすることは無いと思います。歩くことに慣れている人なら、バッキンガム宮殿や自然史博物館まで行けると思います。テスコなどのスーパーマーケットや安いお土産屋さんも近いので便利です。電子レンジ、コンロ、各種調理器具、皿類全て揃っていて自炊に便利です。ただ一つ悪い点は、アパートの住民の生活音がかなり聞こえます。礼儀正しい人がほとんどですが、たまに変な人が同時期に泊まったらストレスがたまると思います。またここに泊まりたいと思います。

The experience was great from ckeck in to ckeck out,really....very quite place,exelent bed,mist of my time was out working and allways feel good when back,working and resting...so really all good !! Will stay there again if need it!!!❤️ Restaurants ,shops ,hyde park and Padigton station just a 5m walk ....

Terribly small, no wardrobe, the loo was literally inside the shower and its window was broken. The heating was extremely high with no possibility to be lowered since there were no valves on the radiator.
