門窗等設備需要維修，而地氈和床蓋也最好深層清潔一下。員工服務態度非常好，房務員工作也非常好日常的東西也勤換，基本打掃很好。 留意外送乾洗的毛巾，有熟蘑菇味，感覺怪怪的。

Our room was in the very top floor, lots of stairs, no lift either a case and no offer of help to take luggage up. No air con in room and only one little fan blowing hot air around in the middle of a heatwave. Rooms are shabby, outdated, lots of stains on carpet. Good location as we attended BST at Hyde Park. No reply to emails sent for the 2 days before our stay. Charged £20 early check in even though room was ready and had tried to contact for 2 days with no response. Not great customer service. £100 pre charge taken on check in for damages to room! No mention of this on booking or hotels.com site. Pure rip off.

No AC (air conditioner, air-con) and no lift. We booked this place just for one night before heading up to northern England after taking the train from Paris. Just needed a place for the night. It was clean and the beds were okay. The one thing the night person warned about was the water may not be drinkable? They were willing to sell us some, but we passed. Made a trip to the local market and grabbed some food and water. Just kind of odd being warned about boiling the water before drinking it. This place in the Sussex Gardens area where there seems to be a lot of hotels that mom/pop, and unfortunately are bare bones when it comes to amenities. If you are planning to stay here, just be aware there is no ac nor refrigerators in the room. No elevator as well. It worked for what we needed but there is a heat wave in London, no AC can make your stay miserable.

Ridiculously hot, no lifts and a horrible smell from the dehumidifier. Staff lovely and location ideal but a complete rip-off in terms of price v quality. I would not stay here again.

Habitación limpia y muy bien ubicada. Solicitan un depósito de 100 libras reembolsable al check-out y cobran 10 libras por maleta para resguardar equipaje después de la salida. No tiene elevador ni aire acondicionado, aunque proporcionan ventilador. En general, es una buena opción para descansar después de un día de turismo. El precio fue elevado para los servicios ofrecidos, pero mi estancia coincidió con la semana de Wimbledon, cuando la demanda y las tarifas eran considerablemente más altas.

They charge €10 to store your luggage, and they hold a £100 security deposit in case of any damage.Definitely not worth it.

I’d say stay at Lancaster Court hotel if you need a cheap room with a bed and shower for a night. It’s not pleasant for a longer stay.

Location location location and price price price are everything here. Enjoyed my stay even though my room had no WiFi since the repeater did not work for me. Never fixed or addressed. Very small rooms but worth it for the location. Expect last century rooms.

Our room had no window and the moved us with no fuss

The absence of a mini~fridge in my room was, perhaps, a minus I can think of, but this is easily outweighed by the friendly management and helpful staff, the close proximity to shops and eateries, and, last, but not least, its hotel’s close proximity to Paddington Station, from which one can board the new Elizabeth Line to be whisked away to Heathrow Airport—and beyond

The hotel is well located near to Paddington station and easy access to public transport in a nice area near Kensington Park. The reception staff were friendly but I was surprised to be asked for £100 deposit charge on check in as it was not mentioned in my booking documents, and the prominent notice placed above the kettle in my room made me feel anxious about touching anything. The room was on the lower ground floor and was large and clean with a big bathroom but the bath was not useable as there was no plug and the floor tiles were loose and wall tiles cracked so some maintenance is required. I got the room on sale so it was a reasonable price for the standard, but spent the whole time worrying about my deposit being returned, and despite being reassured on checkout this morning that it would be returned ( even before they had seen the room?), at the time of writing this review I have not had confirmation yet that this has been done.
