門窗等設備需要維修，而地氈和床蓋也最好深層清潔一下。員工服務態度非常好，房務員工作也非常好日常的東西也勤換，基本打掃很好。 留意外送乾洗的毛巾，有熟蘑菇味，感覺怪怪的。

Greit hotell med veldig god beliggenhet til togstasjon, to undergrunnsstasjoner etc. Ingen frokost, men flere spisesteder i nærheten. Dessverre ingen heis. Dessverre ingen aircondition på rommet (spesielt når det var 30 grader i London!), men heldigvis en bordvifte på rommet. Personal var hyggelige og blide, og var behjelpelige med å passe bagasje kostnadsfritt da jeg kom et par timer tidlig til innsjekk.

Great location and nice staff; rooms not as nice as photos and no air conditioning. For one night it was okay but can’t recommend for a longer stay. Rooms are quite small overall.

Easy way to get to public transport

There was an awful strain on my floor when i arrived, bashed walls and what looked like make up on the walls as well. The staff were very lovely and i slept. All be it a little difficultly, just due to other hotel customers banging doors and coming home very early hours. I didn't like the hold of deposit of £100 as well as a copy made of my ID... I've never had that anywhere I've stayed this was five when i arrived, I also didn't like having to hand in my key each time I wanted to leave. It made me feel like I didn't want to leave and go as much as I please. I don't think I will stay here again but it wasn't the worst hotel I've ever been too. They were very understanding. It was convenient at the time..

Ideal place for a single traveller and ideal for links to Paddington station

La habitación muy pequeña y la calefacción no siempre funcionaba. al final por el costo y la ubicación quizás convendría más un hotel cápsula, que tampoco tiene wc propio a un 1/4 del costo. El personal amable y el hotel muy bien comunicado por la estación.

The hotel is in a nice and quiet location, very close to Hyde Park and lots of nice places to eat nearby. The staff are really friendly and welcoming, and they keep the rooms tidy and comfy for your stay.

The location is fabulous. Near Hyde Park, Padding Station, Bayswater area, Museum quarter, Royal Albert Hall. The prices are affordable and the staff super-friendly. It's very convenient for what I usually need to do in this area. The room I was in however, was very basic, so the interior dated/ needing refurbishment and repair and in my case the shower was actually, physically in my room, right next to my bed! Luckily I could open a window, but it felt rather damp and smelt like well, an old bathroom/ WC.

Staff was super nice! Hotel is in a nice location close to Paddington Station. You can’t drink the water from the sink which is a bit of an inconvenience for people who don’t always bring water bottles with them so bring some! Rooms are small but nice and they will get cleaned and restocked everyday! Make sure you are comfortable taking the stairs though since there are no elevators. Would go back!

The hotel is near a major transport interchange, trains, buses are reachable with a 5 min short walk. The room is quite small but the newly renovated bathroom is definitely worth the extra if you're expecting to use the toilet/showers frequently. The room can be hot on the afternoon but it can be remedied by opening the window to let the cool breeze in and using a small fan provided. The staff are friendly and accomodating, in and out of the hotel is a breeze in since they still recognize me after going out half the day. Room service is done daily, bed and toilet are cleaned properly. Only downside is the hotel has no lift, the stairs and corridor to the rooms are narrow, expect difficulty if you have big and/or heavy luggage.

The location of the hotel is great. 6 minute walk to Paddington Station. The hotel itself is a bit outdated. The 2 days I was there the cable was out. If you're claustrophobic, I don't recommend the single room. It is very tiny. Also the shared bathroom is not on the same floor and worst part there's no sink. The staff was very friendly though.

Overall good experience. Room is simple, bed comfortable- ideal if you’re just looking for a place to shower/sleep. Stairs are steep and narrow, not the most convenient if you have a lot/ heavy luggage, but manageable. Very central location in Paddington, walkable to vast restaurant options, train station, and parks. Don’t need a car to find what you need in a short distance. Would stay again.
