Great location. Helpful staff

Good location, close to Underground Station and UCL, clean and decent room in a great location. Friendly staff.

Overall is good. Location is very convenience. The sink in room was sucked. No one fix it.

Our room is facing the backyard so it is so quiet and we love it. The room is spacious and the washroom is clean and nice. The atmosphere of the hotel is cozy. And it’s just a few steps away from Russell Square station. So convenient!

I stayed here for 12 days. Something I would recommend as follows. 1. Beware of the minibar and the things in the fridge. There were leftover bottle milk and full bottle drinking water which looked new but actually was opened in the fridge. The paper coaster was all wet and absorbed water. Apparently the cleaner personnel did not clean the fridge and the minibar. 2. Remind the front desk to clean the room. There were two consecutive days that the room was not cleaned. 3. If you need small accessories such as comb, disposable shower hat, etc, you should ask the front desk. I received this in the 10th night but before that these things had never appeared in my room. I was not sure if they forgot to put or they gave me a favor. So if you need you may need to ask. 4. I like the bed.

The room was small but clean and tidy. The air conditioning was good. The bathroom didn’t have any ventilation so the steam wet everything. The towel warming bar didn’t work. Housekeeping was ok, everyday they did less it seemed. The front desk staff were nice but not helpful. They didn’t even know what a towel warming rack was lol. I wish the hotel had a free continental breakfast or a happy hour it seems they’re wasting the cute basement lobby area. It’s a quiet place, no human interaction. The location was challenging if you are doing lots of touristy things. It’s not close to anything, it’s a 30 minute walk every main attraction. The area itself is secure and in a good neighborhood. Some places to eat nearby. If you know the Underground then you should be good, there is a station close by, but as an older couple we didn’t wrap our heads around the Underground. I think it’s a great hotel for a more youthful or fit demographic. If you’re older you can Uber everywhere but that’s can add up. Overall we liked The Morton.

Amazing location, super clean room and amazing staff. It’s literally a 10 minute walk from Euston and 10 second walk from Russell Square station. There’s amazing bakeries (fortitude!) near by as well as a few supermarkets. It can be a bit loud at night but it’s only for a short amount of time and a sound machine will drown that out.

The hotel was an excellent place to stay the first time as well as our second time. Staff was exceptionally friendly and hospitable. Location of the hotel is perfect due to a beautiful green space across the street with an Italian restaurant in the park. Amenities are a great plus also!!

Great stay, Great room. We had an apartment with kitchen and sitting. area. Beautiful bathroom. with large soaker tub. Friendly, helpful staff. Great location, tube station steps away. Lots of restaurants and shops, and walking distance to British Museum.

We enjoyed our stay at the Morton Hotel. The staff was very helpful, the room was clean. The location made accessing the tube and the rest of London very easy. There were many restaurants in the area to explore.

Love this hotel!! Have stayed many times and the staff are always so welcoming and friendly, it’s amazingly clean and has everything you need and more (heated towel rack! A fridge! Bath robes!). Highly recommend!

Stayed in a double room which was definitely larger than other London hotels I’ve stayed in. Staff on reception very helpful. We arrived to drop off our bags at 10am and were advised our room was already available so it was great to be able to check in early. Such a handy location!

部屋や洗面、トイレなど水回りも清潔感がありました。冷蔵庫もあったので買ってきた飲料を冷やしておくのに便利でした。またフロアのエレベーター前に分別されたゴミ箱が3つ置かれ部屋ででたペットボトルなどいつでも捨てられるのは便利でした。エアコンもありつけていて問題ありませんでしたが、これから外気温がさらに高くなってきたときに、どのくらい効くのかは滞在していないので分かりません。ホテルドア、エレベーターと部屋のカードキーが必要なのでセキュリティーも大丈夫だと思います。ホテルのスタッフも親切で、チェックアウト後の荷物も預かってもらえ、観光後の荷物受け取り時も、ロビーで休むことができ助かりました。

Everything was swell!

There was a weird smell in hallways and other public areas but otherwise, great stay!

The room was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

My only complaint was room temperature - just too hot. Everything else was very good.

This was our second stay at the Morton. The staff is amazing and so helping. Special nod to Aytul for her wonderful reception! The room was perfect, clean and comfortable. Location is key, with the tube being steps away. Highly recommended.
