Good breakfast, but the shower room is small. No elevator, so carrying large luggage can be a challenge.

It’s a cozy hotel but the room is really too small.

廁所開門時門聲吵耳，浴室太細，電視機訊號弱，完全看不到！想要多一張被都無！ 好處是近地鐵，房間算整潔。

附近環境相當好，離兩個捷運站公車站都很近~

有一天整理房間只整理了一半，而第三天請他幫我們補洗髮精和沐浴乳，提醒多次未完成

Small rooms, poor aircondition and cracked paint / mould on walls

Camera piccolissima in cui a stento entrava un letto a una piazza e mezza. Letto accessibile solo da un lato perché attaccato alla parete con la finestra. Camera assegnata come doppia ma probabilmente neanche adatta come singola. Assenza di ascensore e di personale che aiuti a trasportare bagagli per le ripide scale della struttura.

Das Zimmer war zwar klein (wie überall in London) aber hell, warm, sauber und gut ausgestattet

We kwamen om 13 uur aan in het hotel. Echter was 14 uur ook echt 14 uur om in te checken. Alles was klaar, maar we mochten nog niet de kamer op. We zijn toen maar even gaan lunchen. De koffers mochten we katten staan De kamer die we kregen was erg klein en rook ontzettend naar chloor. Dit aangegeven en we kregen meteen een andere kamer. Deze was ook groter. De badkamer was heel klein en als het licht aanging in de nacht, had je er in de kamer last van. Er was geen koelkastje om drinken koud te houden. En weinig stopcontacten. Het personeel was aardig en beleefd. Ontbijt hebben we niet genuttigd, dus daar kan ik niets over zeggen. We zijn naar Sheila's café geweest. Dit was heel klein, maar heel lekker. Het hotel was ok. Ga ik er nog eens terug? Ik denk het niet.

Camera piccola ma funzionale, pulita (a parte la moquette che è sporca per definizione). Molte prese elettruche a disposizione, spazio sufficiente. Il bagno è pulito e grande. Bella doccia, forse il lavandino è un po' piccolo. Unico neo: stanza al 4o piano senza ascensore, quindi scomodo con bagagli. Personale disponibile.

Everything was great. From arrival to checkout. Would have stayed 2 more nights but no availability at the hotel. The gentleman in the reception, a real star.

Nice hotel, staff was excellent, easy going and friendly. Room is small but fine for two people besides it’s just for sleeping! A bit noisy, you can hear people walking in the hallway but there was only 3 rooms on our floor. There’s no elevator so prepare to walk up, we were staying on the 4th floor. The room was clean with everything needed. I would stay again. Very close to Hyde Park and to restaurants. Easy walk to Paddington Station.

Hyvä sijainti, rauhallinen. Nukkumiseen ok, mutta ei oleskeluun innostava. Hyviä ruokapaikkoja ja kahviloita vieressä.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer klein aber im guten Zustand. Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt, täglich frische Handtücher. Frühstücksangebot reichlich und gut. Bahnhof in 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

The hotel had an excellent location, within walking distance of Paddington Station and right next to the beautiful Hyde Park. However, the ventilation could be improved as there were occasionally some unpleasant odors, and the cleanliness did not fully meet expectations. The pillows were also rather hard and not very comfortable. On the positive side, the breakfast was very good with everything one might need, and the staff were friendly and welcoming!
