An well quipped boutique hotel at city center London. Rooms are fairly spacious, staff are really nice and helpful. Location is great, 5mins walk to Convent garden, China Town, Strand, Charing cross etc. Will definitely consider to stay here next time.

Excellent hôtel, avec un emplacement idéal pour rayonner facilement dans les différents points d'intérêt de la ville.
La chambre était idéale pour une famille de 4 : spacieuse, moderne, et avec quelques petits plus fournis quotidiennement (bouteilles d'eau, boissons, snacks).
Seul bémol : le petit déjeuner n'est pas inclus, un petit discount au café juste en bas serait le bienvenu.

Rooms are a little small and no where to site comfortably except on the bed. This location is very well situated to all the major London historical sites from the Tower of London to Westminster Abbey. It sits a cross the street from Trafalgar Square making it easy to get to most places in this section of London

We were really looking forward to our stay since we had a wonderful stay one year ago
When we checked in I was told that since we booked through EXPEDIA we would be getting a room where men would be doing work outside our window for the 5 days that we were there. Therefore we would need to keep the shades down the entire time. The men were climbing up and down ladders in front of our window. We were made to feel like this is what we deserved since we didn’t book with the hotel directly and booked through EXPEDIA
