Excellent accommodation, great check in system, very comfortable rooms , lovely and clean. Would definitely re book.

The park view is really nice, the superior room is perfect and as a whole a great location. A big thankyou for a special birthday treat. A great cafe across the road fabulous breakfast.

Beautiful location, very close to all the main attractions, all within a 3–15 minute walk, including North Bay Beach, Peasholm Park, the Open Air Theatre, SEA LIFE, and the water park. Communication was helpful and clear throughout our stay. The property was very quiet, and the room, bed sheets, and towels were exceptionally clean. It was well-equipped, nicely furnished, and felt both modern and cottage-like. The beds were comfortable, and we felt very safe during our stay. The shower has strong water pressure which is a plus. Hair dryer included. Tea, coffee, and a kettle were provided, allowing us to make our own hot drinks. The hosts had also arranged a discounted breakfast option with a nearby café, which was a nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Guests with mobility requirements should note that the property does not have disabled access.

Really good, clean, safe, nice surroundings

I booked the hotel for me and my partner and when we arrived we couldn’t believe how nice the property was the photos definitely don’t do it justice. The property is in a good location with a quick walk or drive to the town, they also offer parking permits which they just leave a box in the entrance for you to take and leave £3 in for the 2 days pass, they also give you free discs to borrow that you can use around town to park for free in the Disc zones. The heating for the shower one morning wasn’t on I messaged Simon and he got straight back to me and had it sorted in minutes. It was an Absolute pleasure to stay at the Park view and we will definitely be staying again in the future and would recommend anyone who’s looking to stay. Room 4 we had and it has a view looking to the park.

First class. From arrival to departure all as expected plus more.

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights 15th to 17th May 2026 at Park View. Our stay could not have been any better. The kerb appeal was beautiful, a well kept building with lovely garden. We were sent a text message with instructions as we would be arriving outside the check in time. The instructions could not have been any clearer. We arrived at our room and were so impressed with the room, the decor was first class, it was very clean and tidy and the bed was so comfortable we slept so good. Although they didn’t do breakfast the cafe bar literally across the road gives a 15% discount if you’re staying at Park View. The food was excellent and reasonably priced too. The location was excellent right opposite Peasholm Park and 2 minutes walk away from North Bay and the open air theatre. I can’t speak highly enough about our stay and would without hesitation book to stay there again in the future

Started with a booking issue via Expedia (small double rather than a king-sized bed booked) but resolved directly with the Hosts. Great location, opposite the park and lovely, solid furniture in the room. Parking permits available in the property for a small fee worked well. Just the shower could do with an update. If we visit again, I'd book a room with a bath.

Close to the sea with Peasholm Park on the doorstep. Simon and Siobhan were very accommodating. A really nice stay at the Park View!

The room was spotlessly clean and the decorations were luxurious and homely, I would have liked a firmer mattress. Simon was very helpful, we enjoyed the filter coffee machine, and there was a great selection of teas to choose from. Across the road Bella Rosa was a great option for breakfast, Parking at weekends starts at 12 noon and finishes at 5pm, you can buy an all day permit from reception for only £1.50, we did not need this as I have a blue badge, we were visiting friends so never needed to use a parking permit. The property is well positioned for all the attractions and amenities,

Lovely and tidy ...although suits more for elder couples ...didn't get to see any staff members....small issue with hot water...didn't have any hot water for a whole day which was bit of a let down but overall a pleasant stay .

Very enjoyable 2 night stay. Great location opposite Peasholm park, 5 minutes from North Bay sea front and other attractions. 10 minutes walk to castle and town. Comfortable room, good breakfast. Very nice.

Lovely place just down the hill from the North Riding Brew Pub and only 20 min stroll from the Railway station. Comfortable and quiet. Good value. Would return.

Really enjoyed our stay although rooms are little chilly in evening, bath towels need to be bath sheets but other than that excellent would recommend to anyone
