Great location right near the RedJet dock and main harbour and high street boutique shops, restaurants and bars.
The guy on the front desk was excellent.
Rooms really well fitted out and stylish.
Great hidden away large bar overlooking the water, which no-one seems to know about !!
Would definitely stay again.

No air conditioning but there was a dyson fan and a heater. Room had a coffee machine, mini fridge, hairdryer and a handheld steamer. We stayed in a room overlooking the harbour and it was very quiet. You couldn't hear any noise from the pub next door. Room was modern and very clean. The bed was huge (king) and very comfortable. There were places nearby to get breakfast and is very close to a Sainsbury and M&S food (Apr26).

No door key as all digital, had to use phone which is ok but only gives access to 1 person. Shower temperature was luke warm at it's hottest, shower gel dispenser didn't work. Also the air-conditioning didn't work, had to use the fan instead. Room was noisy due to the adjacent pub.

Fantastic location and great hotel with a very good gym. Unfortunately let down by the owner who was cantankerous and rude and lacked people skills. No clarity on bar opening/closing times
Addi the young man on reception was brilliant. Very helpful and had good local knowledge of the area and was happy to help us with any additional needs. On the last day we reported our encounter with the owner and expressed our disappointment
Asides that the place is really good and would recommend. Hopefully the feedback encourages the owner to educate himself of basic people skills

This was in a great location but unfortunately the lift had broken a month before we arrived and no one informed us. We found walking up 5 flights of stairs not the easiest and wish we had been informed. The air conditioning didn’t work either though we did have a fan. The heat in the room was overbearing.

The room was clean, with modern/quirky tech features.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs, providing a place to store our luggage after the check out time.
The hotel is in a good location for the Redjet passenger ferry and the high street with bars and restaurants.
It is also located a few mins walk from the taxi rank and bus stop that has connections to Newport.

Very quirky property and we loved our one night stay. Extremely convenient for public transport (bus and ferry), shopping, dining, sightseeing etc.,. Super bar with LPs and memorabilia plus a robot to serve drinks! Shame the lift wasn’t working. Quite a lot of stairs and I thought it was going to be noisy because they are wooden and it was the end of Cowes week, but we had a very peaceful night. Can see us coming back to this place for a longer stay.

Absolutely fabulous Hotel was so clean, comfortable and with lovely special touches in the room plus aircon.
I stayed here for four nights for Isle of Wight festival and it was so convenient but such a lovely place to stay I hope to come back again and couldn’t recommend enough 5 stars x

I booked quite last minute, maybe a week or so prior to our stay. We stayed in the Crew room and it was a pleasant surprise as I really didn't know what to expect! A large and comfortable room with two sets of double bunk beds. The shower room was pretty nice, there were two showers (I expect ideal if a family were staying there). Zoe was really friendly and helpful when we checked in, and the man we spoke to on check out was equally so. Overall a great stay, and check out of 11:30 was great so we didn't have to rush. Very centrally located in Cowes, right next to the Red jet ferry terminal.
