Pinnacle Suites

The room was clean, with modern/quirky tech features. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs, providing a place to store our luggage after the check out time. The hotel is in a good location for the Redjet passenger ferry and the high street with bars and restaurants. It is also located a few mins walk from the taxi rank and bus stop that has connections to Newport.

Great place to stay. Facilities are very nice and clean. Zoe is a very helpful and kind host.

Very quirky property and we loved our one night stay. Extremely convenient for public transport (bus and ferry), shopping, dining, sightseeing etc.,. Super bar with LPs and memorabilia plus a robot to serve drinks! Shame the lift wasn’t working. Quite a lot of stairs and I thought it was going to be noisy because they are wooden and it was the end of Cowes week, but we had a very peaceful night. Can see us coming back to this place for a longer stay.

Had a great time here, in town for a wedding. The location is perfect and right off the red jet ferry. Zoe was also super helpful

Absolutely fabulous Hotel was so clean, comfortable and with lovely special touches in the room plus aircon. I stayed here for four nights for Isle of Wight festival and it was so convenient but such a lovely place to stay I hope to come back again and couldn’t recommend enough 5 stars x

I booked quite last minute, maybe a week or so prior to our stay. We stayed in the Crew room and it was a pleasant surprise as I really didn't know what to expect! A large and comfortable room with two sets of double bunk beds. The shower room was pretty nice, there were two showers (I expect ideal if a family were staying there). Zoe was really friendly and helpful when we checked in, and the man we spoke to on check out was equally so. Overall a great stay, and check out of 11:30 was great so we didn't have to rush. Very centrally located in Cowes, right next to the Red jet ferry terminal.

The people were very nice, the bed was comfortable and the whole place was spotless. The location is great, and despite being next to a pub, it was pretty quiet. I do have some tips though. The bathroom is extremely dark - even the illuminated mirror still doesn’t allow you to see to do make up. Also, like many properties we’ve stayed at. There’s nowhere to put your stuff in the bathroom other than the floor. Finally, there was a very powerful pair of red and green LED lights outside the bathroom which illuminated the room when trying to sleep. I luckily always take an eye mask now when travelling as lights from air conditioning units, smoke alarms etc. seem to be the norm. This makes me sound like I’m whinging, but these issues are commonplace nowadays. On the whole, we really liked it and would definitely stay there again.

A great overnight stay at Pinnacle following a hiking event on the Isle of Wight. Thank you for allowing me to get into the room before 3pm - it was very much appreciated following the hike!

Great few days staying here. The team were friendly and helped with any questions quickly. The hotel is well fitted with a clean modern feel. The location is great, close to the water and near plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants.
