Hosts were excellent, really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, so many choices! Freshly cooked full english. Proper family-friendly place to stay, would definitely recommend.

Cleanliness and facilities were great as was breakfast! Room quite small but ok for one night- although very hot ( we were at top of house). Every app you can think of on tv. Owner was very welcoming. Great location 7 minute walk to tube station. Would stay here again

My wife and I had a wonderful experience here. We got to have the room 7 which is at the top. We had a nice view to the street and also a small window for the sky. Breakfast was fantastic. Made by a cook at 8 am and we also had bananas, apples, juices, including a nice coffee machine. They also gave us the opportunity to leave our bags and go to explore the city in our last day. The zone is nice, you have a nice market on a walking distance, the area is safe, and you have 2 metro stations really close.

This is a pleasant guest house in a good location, 5 minutes' walk to both the Northern Line Underground and stops for No 1 Buses, which can take you straight to the centre of Camden and London. Also nearby, there are several local shops for anything you might need. The lady running this is very nice. However, the Guest house is rather basic, with poorly decorated rooms and basic fallacies. I stayed in 2 rooms because the shower in the first (Room 7) barely worked, so I moved to Room 1 for the 3rd & 4th nights. The bedroom, especially the bathroom, was very cramped, but at least the shower worked. Although the location is quiet, there could be noise from other guests talking and moving about, and especially the doorbell, which was heard being rung several times, including at 11:30 at night. Breakfast was good, with plenty to eat; however, the ingredients were basic, and I didn't like sitting next to the small, open kitchen where it was prepared, stacked with dirty plates and pans left from breakfast to be washed up later. OK guest house and breakfast, in a good location, but I was very disappointed as it didn’t match what I expected from an accommodation, which is meant to be a 9.4 Exceptional.

Spacious and well decorated room. Lovely breakfast. Friendly staff. I appreciated being able to have a late check in after my gig when a train delay meant I wasn’t able to check in prior as planned.

Friendly and helpful owner, greeted us warmly and gave us an upgrade. Room warm, clean and comfortable, bed lovely and comfy and the breakfast was excellent.

Lovely location and short walk to the underground and to Oliver’s fish & chips and several convenience shops. Clean room and very friendly and helpful staff.

The room was cozy, warm, and clean during our chilly November stay, and Lehka was a lovely host! We especially loved the breakfasts, chatting with Newton and enjoying a delicious full English breakfast along with Lehka's delicous banana bread! The location is convenient and charming and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We would happily come back again! A big thank you again to Lehka and Newton :)

We had a lovely pre-Christmas stay at Primrose Guesthouse, with such a welcoming host and all the amenities needed for exploring London, since public transport is within walkable distance. The area is very quiet and safe, and we’ll definitely be back.

Lehka who owns the property is a gem! Everything you need is taken care of! I stayed in a king room which literally had everything you need when staying in a hotel, plus charm! Breakfast is made fresh for you and is perfect! A tesco and Starbucks are five minutes walk away plus other shops and places to eat. I definitely recommend Primrose and I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels!

Great guest house. The host was very friendly and welcoming. We only stayed for one night to see a concert at the Roundhouse. Room was very clean and tidy. Beds were comfy. The breakfast was great as well.

The room was fine and the bed was very comfortable. What is the hewel is the owner . She is really lovely , makes you feel at home. Uses everyone’s names over breakfast. Also she was cooking the food and . I would def go back. It’s a nice area. Maybe a little out of he london action but in a nice way I prefer that .
