This is a lovely hotel. The room is super clean and comfortable. The staff is nice, cheerful and helpful. The reception staff took the initiative to help us to park or car. The breakfast is fabulous.

Ian the manager made my stay an absolute nightmare .rude abrupt obnoxious. Staff misinformed me and ian didnt lwt me back into the hotel and had me stood outside fro. 4.30 am till 8am when the next manager started the shift levente was the next manager and fixwd the issue and allowed me back in my room. Ian should not be qorking in hospitality with his mitlet mentality and absokute no lack of communication or resolve or management skils whatsoever. Absokutely disgraceful tramatised my son who was meant to be visiting and havent seen in a while and ruined my whole week .. disgraceful..
