位置方便，距離市中心和Exeter Central 火車站幾分鐘步行路程。距離Exeter大學步行20多分鐘。英式早餐不錯，酒店員工態度也不錯。晚上附近比較安靜，床有些軟，會清楚聽到樓上住客的腳步聲。但是住在此酒店都是非常不錯的選擇。

This is a lovely hotel. The room is super clean and comfortable. The staff is nice, cheerful and helpful. The reception staff took the initiative to help us to park or car. The breakfast is fabulous.

整體服務好。特別是Alfie服務態度非常好及對客人有禮貌非常體貼。另一位皮膚比較黑的女服務員態度非常惡劣，言語上極之差，令人不舒服。

There are dust on the bed. The bathroom is big. Good location. It's close to train station. The breakfast is good.

Staff were very polite and helpful. Very nice breakfast. Cleaning would benefit from more attention. Rubbish left under dressing table, very dusty TV and some surfaces. Over half of one curtain was hanging off curtain rail making it difficult to fully draw the curtains. A little more attention to detail would make a huge difference.

A nice twin room overlooking the rear of the hotel and kitchen extraction which meant we had to close the windows when breakfast started. It's a noisy, creaky hotel so no lie in. Room was clean but other areas of hotel felt not so. There was a random mop and bucket of dirty water on the stairs the whole time we were there. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking easy (on a sunday) with £7 permit from hotel. Breakfast was lovely, a decent choice and English breakfast items were great. Great location for town centre. For a one night stay it was ideal at the price we paid.

Rommet var støvete og burde vært fjernet alle gamle løse tepper Frokost helt grei, men ikke noe skinke eller oster.

My room was on top floor, a bit warm but had a fan. Bathroom was nice and clean but the carpet in the rest of room needed a good vacuuming. Also quite dusty, but for the price, it was ok. Breakfast was traditional English. Coffee is never to my American tastes

Everything was so great delicious hot breakfast and beautiful comfortable stay.

The staff were excellent, we were greeted with friendly courtesy every time. The breakfast was excellent with a great range of choices. The room was interesting with a very comfortable bed with clean bedding. The bathroom was clean and had everything we needed, although it would have been nice to have had large bath towels. The only real criticism I would have is that the carpet and curtains in our room were absolutely filthy, the latter had a huge coffee/tea stain on the bottom. There was visible dust on the furniture but, in their defence, the furniture was dark wood which is likely to show every speck of dirt. Much of the decor was rather gothically gloomy but I presume that was intended to be in keeping with the period feel of the building. For an overnight stop in Exeter it was perfectly adequate and was very central which was useful. It was great to have a car park right opposite the hotel.

Parking was easy in the square opposite. The room was lean and bed comfortable. Good shower. Could do with a bit of a refresh. Decor looked a bit tired particularly the bathroom flooring. Breakfast was a good choice and tasty. Friendly staff. Great value for money. Excellent location. Super quiet but walkable into the city.
