員工非常有禮，位置可以說好，附近有很多大商場和餐廳，非常熱鬧，步行到火車或巴士站只需5至10分鐘；我住的房間很大但有少少舊，但房價合理；另外酒店大堂稍细。

I booked a stay at Sir Thomas Hotel but ultimately chose not to stay due to unclear and poorly handled information regarding luggage storage. It was not obvious at the booking stage that luggage storage was not available. After booking, I received a message explaining that this facility was “currently unavailable” and something they were working on. Closer to my stay, I followed up to check whether this had been resolved, but my enquiry was initially ignored and I had to chase for a response. When I did receive a reply, I was advised to use a local shop that could store bags for £2 each. This is not a secure or typical solution for a city centre hotel, and not what most guests would reasonably expect. As we couldn’t carry cases around Liverpool for the weekend, I decided not to stay and instead booked a different hotel that could store luggage. Had this been made clear from the outset, I would not have booked in the first place. Overall, the lack of transparency at the booking stage and the handling of follow-up queries were disappointing.

Could have done with the restaurant being open more often all in all great stay !

Good breakfast with good choice

Breakfast not best had upset stomach after so didn’t have breakfast next day. Room was not what hopping for as it not shown on website. Birthday decorations paid £15 first time to room was just balloons on bed with card that was from wrong person I asked it to be from so had to talk to reception was very upset and stressed. Price paid was not justified as to what we got.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a former bank and is a lovely building!

Location was good, staff weren’t friendly at all stayed for 2 nights room was not like the picture very small, no duvet on bed only a small thin sheet, doors were locked also had to go through bar where a wedding was on overall not happy definitely won’t be staying here again

Don’t bother with breakfast - poor. Not enough staff so you are constantly looking for someone to ask - is there more coffee, orange juice, butter, milk etc. They were out of smoked salmon, mushroom and spinach! Only white sliced bread - no brown.

Very friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious. Shower was a bit underpowered, but okay. Breakfast was fine if you like a continental style and items were replenished frequently. Unfortunately I had a heart attack so left in a bit of a hurry! Not the hotel's fault I hasten to add.

A breakfast menu was displayed at various locations within the hotel and we were looking forward to a full English however we were disappointed to learn that during weekdays the only breakfast available was a continental breakfast.

Friendly staff, happy to help with any query. Room adequate, clean and tidy, same for the bathroom. Breakfast is continental, was also adequate for your needs. Hotel in a good location, few mins walk into the hustle and bussle of Liverpool.

we was allocated room 109 on arrival, room was very warm with no temperature control on the radiators. window was the only option to cool the room down. Window option ok but opens up to one of the busiest areas in Liverpool. shower in room 109 was vey poor pressure it literally dribbled out. we spoke to the young lady on reception who the came to inspect, she offered to change our room which we accepted. Room 310 was allocated to us, shower better but not by much room slightly cooler so window was the only option to cool room. noise through the night was loud from traffic and foot traffic. breakfast was probably the best part of the hotel. lady on reception Senna or Sienna was really helpful and tried to assist in every way, Thankyou would i stay again NO !!

We were meant to stay for 3 nights but had to leave after 1 night and stay somewhere else. For us our biggest thing was having a comfortable night sleep which didn't happen as the mattresses are so uncomfortable. We did go to reception next day and the lady was polite and offered to move us but couldn’t as they were fully booked. She did apologize but we are the ones out of pocket. No air con in the rooms which means you have to open the windows. I understand you’re in a great location, expect the noise but not the music from the club till 5am. Our room was suppose to be a superior but it was with a very small double bed. The breakfast was ok, very small, had to wait a while for it to come out. I would suggest a coffee machine as we kept having to wait for water, coffee, juice to come out. The waitress didn’t look happy at all. Not worth the money for us. We just recommend new mattresses, as everyone wants a good nights sleep when they are away.

Overall it’s not a bad stay. Sadly quite noisy in the night of a weekend. Breakfast was good
