Friendly staff, clean, comfortable bed. Only Complaint was the pub across the road quite noisy

We had a very comfortable room with en suite shower Everyone was very friendly We have been before and will come again Parking was very easy particularly as we were there on a Sunday Lots of shops nearby and easy access to Bused and tubes

A perfect little hotel with spacious, clean rooms and friendly staff. Great value for London, and the location being close to everything I needed to see was perfect for me!

First time booking at this hotel and it was great! From the moment I checked in until I left everything was smooth, rooms are great and personal unlike the branded hotel, clean and spacious rooms, no noise at all from the pub downstairs! A special shoutout to Silvi, the lady who checked me in and took me to my room, she was so friendly and welcoming and explained everything to me, I am defo booking again when I’m in the area thank you!

Sehr schöne Gästezimmer oberhalb eines Pubs. Schönes großes bequemes Bett. Leider ließ sich das Fenster nicht vollständig schließen, im Dezember war das leider recht kalt und sehr ‚gut‘ belüftet. Zudem kamen die Außengeräusche ungefiltert durch (Straße, Flugzeuge). Und leider auch gab es ein Geruchsproblem vom Badezimmer aus, das schwer auszuhalten war. Bei geöffneter Tür roch dann das Zimmer nach Abfluss, bei geschlossener Tür war der Geruch im Bad dann schwer auszuhalten. Das Problem haben auch andere schon vor längerer Zeit bemängelt und es ist schade, dass es offenbar nicht behoben werden kann, denn eigentlich ist das Captain Cook ein superschönes charmantes Pub-Hotel. Schade auch, dass der schöne Pub kein Frühstück (mehr) anbietet.

Wonderful, friendly check in. Room was excellent. Spotless, quiet and lovely hot shower. The pub is great with excellent tapas. It’s in a great spot ( we were going to Craven Cottage) so plenty to do and see in the area. Would absolutely recommend and hope to be back next season.

Room was large and very clean, our host Susie was lovely and very informative. The food in the pub below was excellent. Location was also great in Fulham easy access to the tube and other cafes, restaurants, bars and pubs. We will be returning

Never been in a hotel without a bathroom or toilet inside the room. Weird. Communal toilet and shower. Not for the older folk. Stairs unsafe.
