Bed was wonderfully comfortable with beautiful pillows and fine linens. Excellent amenities. Street nice and quiet. Only challenge in that there was a step down into the bathroom and room was small for two people. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there

The Mayfair Townhouse is a perfectly located hotel if you want to be in the middle of London either for business or leisure. Nice lobby bar to meet for business or just ordinary friends.

Our stay at The Mayfair Hotel was excellent overall. The only real drawback was the room size, which felt on the smaller side, but everything else more than compensated for it.
Service was consistently strong, warm, and professional. We did have an unexpected issue in the room, which could have been a disappointing moment, but it was handled with impressive speed and genuine care. The team resolved it with high quality service and fair compensation, and after that there was truly nothing to complain about.
The atmosphere throughout the hotel is polished and comfortable, and the location is a major advantage. A special mention also goes to the concierge, who were helpful and efficient.
Hotel bars can often be underwhelming, but that was not the case here. The bar felt lively rather than dull, with very good drinks, well executed food, and attentive staff who made it easy to relax and enjoy the space.
In short, a very well run hotel with a service culture that shows. Despite the smaller room, we would happily return.
