Great hotel, ideal location for Abba Voyager show (which was pretty amazing btw). The staff were so pleaant and helpful and friendly, Breakfast was wonderful offering a very wide choice to select from. I would deinitely recommend a visit to this hotel and if I am back in London I would certainly stay here again. Also, for a shopper like me, the proximity to a huge shopping mall, icing on the cake!

The staff was absolutely fantastic, they were so kind! They let us know all information we needed and they were so easy to talk to! The room was clean, cleaners came and tidied up without touching your personal stuff, the gym was amazing. No complaints at all!

The staff were excellent especially Roland who helped us greatly with directions and what to do couldn’t do enough to help us

Really nice hotel. Close to Abba Arena and teain stations. Staff are lovely. Everything was very clean. The room was nice, we had the deluxe double, which had a lovely balcony. Would definitely recommend.

Veldig fin hotell, hjelpsom og hyggelig personale, god frokost. Praktisk plassert, noen få minutter å gå til t-bane/tog stasjon. Enkelt å komme fra flyplassen med Elisabeth Line og lett å komme til sentrum. Gå avstand til Abba Voyage. Vi anbefaler hotellet og kommer gjerne tilbake.
